The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* Take all trash out to the large bin, located just inside the backyard fence on the side of the house.
* If it’s a Monday or Thursday, please place the bin at the curb before 8 AM.
* If you have time, please gather used towels and place them in the laundry room.
* Starting a load is always appreciated (but not required)!
* Please turn off all lights, TVs, and fans.
* Lock the back door leading to the pool.
* For the front door, press and hold “#” for 3 seconds to lock. Please double-check that it's secure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
