Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* Take all trash out to the large bin, located just inside the backyard fence on the side of the house. * If it’s a Monday or Thursday, please place the bin at the curb before 8 AM.
* If you have time, please gather used towels and place them in the laundry room. * Starting a load is always appreciated (but not required)!
* Please turn off all lights, TVs, and fans. * Lock the back door leading to the pool. * For the front door, press and hold “#” for 3 seconds to lock. Please double-check that it's secure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties of any kind due to the quiet neighborhood.
Only registered guests on reservation are allowed in pool and spa. Only registered guests on reservation are allowed to sleep over.
Use of the bbq grill is only allowed if you clean before and after. If cleaner finds bbq grill dirty an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added

Had a great time, house was perfect for our family and all the little amenities they provided. only regret is we didn’t have more time to spend at the house to enjoy hanging out on the patio area and grilling! Place was overall nice. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and communication was great. Unfortunately, the 4 star rating is due to loss of internet our last night. The spa jets weren’t working our entire stay. Noticed that the house could have been cleaned better (Cheerios in the couch, dirt dishes put away in cabinets). Overall, pool was great. Perfect size for a family. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Just minor things.

Golf Trip Getaway!

Me and some friends stayed here during a short golf trip. This place was perfect! Beautiful pool and outdoor area…we stayed out there a lot. The inside was also very nice. Big kitchen with everything you need, pool table, comfortable beds and lots of televisions. Everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!
