Gator Manor includes an attached great room to be rented out additionally for family reunions, baby showers, small receptions, and more! Gator Manor is a one of a kind home with 5 master bedrooms which each include ensuite bathrooms to give everyone their own space to prepare for the day without sharing space, and 1 oversized luxury suite with a wet room and balcony overlooking the yard.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs including the luxury suite, and 1 master bedroom which also features an outdoor balcony, and 3 bedrooms downstairs all with queen sized beds. In the living room, enjoy a WiFi smart TV to watch all your favorite shows from all the popular streaming providers. This home has a huge kitchen with a range, oven, and microwave as well as all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, and silverware you will need to feed your group during your stay. Publix is only a short 10 minute drive away to stock up on all you need to enjoy a home cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your stay.

This home is surrounded by 8 other homes, also all available to be rented out, 365 days a year. Within walking distance is the Black Hammock where you and your guests will enjoy 20% off airboat tours around Lake Jesup, 10% off dining in the Black Hammock Restaurant, and 2-4-1 margaritas in the Lazy Gator Bar. There is also a gift shop for you to pick up souvenirs to take back home after your stay. This home is tucked away in nature but is also located only 10 minutes from local grocery stores, other restaurants, and shopping.

Boat Slip available for only 20$/day!

Basic essentials only provided: 1 towel per guest (indoor use ONLY), 1 hand towel per guest, 1 wash cloth per guest (when available), 2 small bar soaps per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, 2 dish washer packs, linens and blankets on beds. Please note: we do not provide extras of any of the aforementioned items nor are we able to provide laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, or cooking spices/oils. There is a local store nearby where all of these items can we purchased if you do not want to or cannot bring them from home. Please contact us with any questions regarding any items we might/might not provide.
