Gem By The Water
Our family came to Florida for my grandson’s high school graduation.
We came from Missouri with a large group. When we arrived in Florida, the check-in was easy. Type in the code provided and voila. I’ll start this review from the areas we viewed first. The garage is large with an abundance of inflatables and beach toys. You could easily get two vehicles in the garage. We were able to fit a 15 passenger van. If you have a medium or high top van you will probably not fit under the garage door. There are also two reserved spots in front of the unit. The elevator is great for anyone not able to handle stairs.
The property is large with amazing views. The beach was never congested. We had fun picking up seashells and strolling on the beach. The rip currents were very strong while we were there. I don’t know if this is the norm?
We ate all our meals at the property. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed.
The beds are comfortable with bathrooms on both floors. Plenty of room to spread out and sleep. Primary bedroom is large with great views of the Gulf. Don’t over pack as there is a washer and dryer.
The owner was helpful, we had no issues that needed handled. This is a wonderful property and I wouldn’t stay any where else.
