Perfect Staycation

We had a wonderful time at "happy hours". The home was perfect for our family, everything you need and more! The bikes were a hit, we biked every morning around the avenidas and to our favorite restaurants in the evening. We cannot wait to return to this home and stay again!

Great Vacation!

Great Beach Vacation

Great location. Easy walk across non-busy street to beautiful white sand beach. Saw Dolphins from the porch. We loved sitting out on the front porch overlooking the gulf in the evenings. Nicely stocked kitchen. Could walk down to restaurants. Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, unobstructed view of the ocean! The owner met us at the house. The only little thing was the beach chairs & umbrellas weren’t quite as expected. If we have the need for a large house in the future in Pensacola we would stay here again!

Amazing Views

This was our 12th year coming to Pensacola Beach. We love it here and we found our new favorite home away from home! Already booked for next year! The views and location won’t disappoint and Joe was an amazing host. We enjoyed meeting him and hearing his history of living in Pensacola!

Perfect Beach House

My family and I had the best stay this weekend! Downstairs in the garage has everything you can need and more for a perfect beach day. They had beach toys, boogie boards, a surfboard, a wagon, goggles, and more. The tiki bar and hammock made the garage a fun hangout spot. The view from upstairs of the beach is stunning, and I hope another house doesn't get built across the street. The owner, Joe, was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our trip. Would love to stay here again someday!

Beautiful Pensacola Beach Rental

Absolutely beautiful home, steps from the white sand and clear Gulf waters. Our group absolutely loved the property and all of the amenities/toys made our visit: bar under the house, grill, crows nest, bikes, surf board, boogie boards, ample deck space etc. I would absolutely recommend the property to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty that is Pensacola Beach and I can't wait to get back again!

Would gladly stay here again!

They literally have everything you need on hand. From kitchenware to linens. The house layout is just perfect. The 1/2 bath (there are also two full baths) comes in very handy. The short walk to the beach was a breeze. The view from every room is just beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

The house and location were perfect for our family vacation. The property was outstanding and right across from the beach. The view from the master was perfect. An amazing experience!

We had an amazing stay! Joe & Tina were excellent hosts. They answered any questions before we arrived and made us feel welcome right away. The house has plenty of room, inside and out, and was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect, and just a few steps to the beach. There were plenty of beach toys available, and the kids enjoyed riding bikes through the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back to Happy Hours!

Closer to home

A great family vacation at Pensacola Beach. We have vacationed along 30-A for several years but this year we decided to stick closer to home, it was a great decision. Villa Segunda was the house we chose!! It is spacious, well equipped, clean, great outdoor spaces with wonderful water views, easy access to the beach. Not much more you could ask for! Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful well maintained home. Very clean. Extra amenities such as bikes, beach chairs and ice maker were handy. Had 5 adults, 3 teenagers and one toddler. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Ideal for large families or multiple families. Easy access to the beach. Minutes from restaurants but far enough that noise and traffic were not an issue. Plenty of parking. Street was very quiet. Joe met us at the house to show us around and answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House and Amazing Customer Service!

First off the house and location was amazing! But what really made it all shine the brightest for us was the amazing customer service. Days before we even left Joe and Christina were letting us know about great places to eat and shop. Places they had been and liked. They were telling us about the house and what was included so we didn't have to bring certain items. The house is a great floor plan design! Very open and user friendly. All 5 of us loved the deck space and lookout. My daughters especially loved the lookout! Amazing Views, Great Beach Access, Super Deck Space,Awesome House, and Wonderful Customer Service make this a must. I hope we can return in the future to this wonderful vacation/relaxation spot. "A Week Wasn't Long Enough..."

I gave "Accuracy of Online Listing" 4 stars because what we discovered in Joe and Christina's house was so much more. The place was spacious and comfortable. Little things like water pressure and strong wifi added up to make our family's week one of the most enjoyable yet. But what truly sets this house off are the many balconies and comfortable deck furniture. A cold snap came through during our stay, but we still got all the sun we wished for. Beach access is directly across the street, and the Gulf views are unparalleled. Joe was an excellent host. His tour of the house and its' plentiful amenities had us feeling right at home from the start. He was a treasure trove of local knowledge, even for Pensacola regulars like us. It's the mark of a great vacation when my family were all suggesting we call Joe to extend our stay. Now we're all comparing schedules to book this house again.

We loved this property.

We loved this property. It was literally steps away from the beach in a very quiet community. We are a very low key family of 5 and it was perfect for us. We had plenty of space for everyone with room to spare, plenty of towels blankets etc. The showers were incredible with lots of hot water:) . The kitchen had everything you need and there was an extra ice maker which was awesome for us since we normally have to go buy it and load up on water. It saved us extra time and money and it was nice having it right at our finger tips. The views were amazing and although Joe provides binoculars, we saw a family of dolphins two mornings in a row just looking outside the living room. We probably would have seen them more, but the weather was rainy and the water was a bit choppy after that. We were so excited to see them when we did though, it was an awesome surprise.. The beach is just steps away and gorgeous, with beautiful white sands and blue water. It was also very clean:) Although the beach is across the street its in the middle of a neighbor hood so there is very little traffic if any. There are balconies everywhere with plenty of seating and again the views were spectacular, the observation deck is amazing. You can hear the ocean from the porch. Beds were comfortable and very quiet at night another plus to this property. The downstairs has a very fun play area and bar, with plenty of beach toys, boards, floats and bikes etc, but we did not use it much as we were on the go or playing our board games. The family room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large table perfect for board games, which was perfect for us when it turned rainy. We could not have asked for a better host. Joe was very accommodating and we felt very welcome staying in this home. He had lots of ideas and was very patient with us and our zillion questions about what to do when the weather became rainy. He literally can tell you what places are the best and the best food and drinks to order as well as prices. He gave us a lot of great ideas and was very prompt with his responses. He is a really nice person and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We would recommend this property to anyone, we felt safe, comfortable and I can not say enough about the views.

The property was amazing and well stocked! It has anything you can think of. The short walk to the shore is a game changer as you don’t 100 ft of beach to trudge through to get to your spot. The free flowing floor plan allows for easy living in a comfortable, relaxed setting. The 1300 square feet of covered deck space and a 3rd level observation deck offer many places to find your own private piece of paradise and get away from the crowd and just chill! We have a 3-Day minimum rental for every month except JUNE and JULY which are 7-DAY MINIMUM

What makes this property unique

Located right across the street from the Gulf with views of Santa Rosa Sound as well. Great home for large families! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, no condos in the area, ideal for families with small children.
Imagine spending the day on the Gulf, and never having to use an elevator nor a public restroom! Ha!
