Wonderful Gulf front 4 bedroom luxury townhome with private elevator**

This is true beachfront property at White Sands Townhouses on Pensacola Beach. This luxury end unit with windows along the East wall just became a vacation rental as of mid-April 2018. This beachfront 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms townhouse located on desirable Fort Pickens Road is equipped with amenities to make for a comfortable vacation including a TV in every bedroom, and a private elevator to lift you from the large garage to two floors of living space with a total of 2300 square footage. The master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Just a few steps down from the deck to the world's whitest sand beaches. A few more steps over the dunes and you are dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico. Play cornhole or volleyball just outside the deck door! An assortment of beach toys, floats, beach chairs, beach balls, and umbrellas provided! The is also a selection of games and puzzles inside! Sip coffee watching dolphins in the morning, run and play in the surf and sand, relax with a beverage at the water's edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.


Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.

***Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

477 Beach Vacation

My husband and our kids and spouses stayed. There were 13 of us and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep for once! The photos were accurate, the location quiet and close to everything. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

Best week of the year!

Our very large family takes a beach vacation each year and we absolutely loved this location. The townhouse was clean and well-maintained. We lost power for a few hours one day due to a power company issue; the host was easily reached and helpful in communicating the issue and when it would be resolved. We will continue to come back year after year!

Sister’s Trip

The place is beautiful and spacious, wit a perfect location. We enjoyed the extremely easy access to the beach. On rainy/non-beach days we enjoyed playing games and having cocktails on the partially covered porch. Highly recommend. Unfortunately there weren’t any working beach umbrellas but we were able to rent some. The umbrellas were set up and waiting for us at 10am, and picked up at 5..super convenient

Location is 20 yards walk to the beach. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets on the two balconies.Two stories with an elevator for ease of getting your things upstairs. Nicely decorated. You can experience the sound of the waves and see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking just about anything. Top of the like ceiling fans. I could go on, me and my family stayed here for a week for Christmas, plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. I would definitely stay here again:

Great house on the beach

We had spent a night with some friends last November when they rented this house. We already knew it was the perfect place for our trip this year. We have never taken our family dog, Wyatt, on vacation with us but we wanted to this time because he was almost 14 and in failing health. This is pet friendly house which is hard to find. The elevator was perfect for him because he couldn't do steps anymore. Sadly he passed while we were there. But he got to walk on the beach and enjoy this amazing house with his family. I wouldn't change a thing.

Great place for large family.

Great room and plenty of seating in common areas for our group of 10. Need to bring everything as far as spices and condiments, trash bags, cleaning spray for counter tops, bathroom tissue and paper towels. Kitchen is only stocked with cookware. If you want to bake muffins bring your own pan. No ceiling fan in bedroom on second floor and got really hot the first two night until our air was repaired. Outdoor furniture was also upgraded during our stay. Overall great place, beautiful beaches, and very pleased that hall bunks were full size and teenagers were comfortable sleeping there.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

I surprised my wife for her 40th birthday by renting this beautiful home for the weekend for our family and her parents. The home is in a very friendly row of townhomes with many of the owners there full or part time. The home had everything we needed for a nice stay and our kids loved the beach! The garage has some beach toys from previous guests. The only "others" in terms of cleanliness are as follows: 1) I found a half-drank bottle of Coke under the master bed, 2) the curtains in the master bedroom look stained from standing water, 3) the baseboards needed a bit of cleaning, and 4) the plastic wine glasses had a sticky film on them and smelled pretty bad (I dumped out my wine and used a regular glass). That being said, the property overall was AMAZING and we'd love to come back--so much so that my wife wants to buy a townhome in the same complex!

Both times were problematic.During the last stay, we had several problems with the elevator. After the last call to them, a young woman burst into the condominium (without knocking) and started reciting the elevator rules over and over and over and over. I asked her to leave, and she refused and would jut talk louder, and louder. She made personal remarks about me, how she would pray for me because there must be something wrong with me. Then insulted my sister-in-law. I was just flabbergasted by her behavior.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is Superior! The white sand beach and clear emerald waters were unbelievable. While the temperature was hot, the canopy and sea breezes made it perfect. You will love this vacation spot. Top that off with the Blue Angels practicing - watch conveniently from Ft. Pickens right up the road. A few minor details. While the place was mostly clean, the master bed sheets were questionably sandy. Thankfully, I brought my own comfy sheets. Don’t be shocked if you see a few roaches (they happen), but bring some zip lock bags for opened snacks to be safe. As stated, no beach towels supplied but Walmart has souvenir beach towels for $10 or bring from home. As with any condo for more than a day or two bring the extras that you have at home & don’t want to buy - spices, toilet paper, paper towels, your favorite laundry and dish soaps. You will have a great vacation at this condo. There were 9 of us from 69 to 10. We all had a wonderful week of sun, surf and seafood!
