The property worked wonderfully for our family visit to San Diego. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the backyard was a great place to sit (although it was a little hot for our trip).

We just wrapped up a week in San Diego today. Kim & Brad's place was the perfect place for our family of four. The space was easy to get into, very centrally located for our trip, and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space in the morning for coffee. The beds and couch were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Kim & Brad were super responsive during the entire process. Fantastic place with great hosts!

Great vacation property

Our group was 3 friends over 50 and we stayed 8 nights. We had a wonderful time in San Diego. The property was very close to many local attractions. The rooms were as described and the beds, a king and two queens, were comfortable. The property owner was very responsive. We enjoyed hiking at Torrey Pines State Park, and visited Little Italy and Balboa Park. We sailed on San Diego Bay and did a whale watch. Too much to see in one trip.

Clean and fresh property

No complaints at all! The house looks just like the pics - very clean and seems fresh and newly redone. Everything worked perfectly and it also had a very nicely landscaped backyard space. The fire table is always a great addition. We all loved our stay here. Plus, it is a good location to so many things. Also, we have a Yukon XL and even a vehicle that long fit in the garage. The driveway is very short so parking in the garage was a must. Quiet cul-de-sac street and easy to find. There is no A/C but they do provide fans in each room, with a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. That helped a lot. All of the remotes worked perfectly and there was plenty of propane for the whole weekend for the fire table. Very clean house. Could provide a few more bath towels but otherwise, very very nice! Highly recommend!

The home is lovely and was extremely well equipped. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy the San Diego weather any time of day. We had high school and eighth grade graduation events to attend during the week and everything was convenient and my son’s home was only minutes away. We visited USD with my grandson who will be going there and it was only blocks from the property. It was also only 10 minutes to School of the Madeline where my 14 and 7 year old attend school. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful, stress-free stay. The place was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We absolutely loved hanging out and relaxing on the backyard patio, and the fire pit was perfect for the evenings. The bag of coffee beans was such a thoughtful surprise and truly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.
