About this property

Our very well-kept and lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the small village "Bockara", approx. 25 km from Oskarshamn and the Baltic Sea.

From Bockara you can easily reach all of Småland's famous sights. Whether Vimmerby with the amusement park "Astrid Lindgren's Värld", the Baltic Sea with its uniquely beautiful archipelago, the Kingdom of Crystal, great hiking trails, swimming lakes and fishing paradises: Bockara is the perfect starting point for an unforgettable vacation!
The nearby designated swimming lake is only 500 m away and can be reached via a footpath. Shops can be found in Berga, 6 km away, or Högsby, 12 km away.
The picturesque holiday home is located on an approx. 2,000 m² large property with a huge garden, nice seating, a grill hut and a small terrace. There is a wonderful forest directly adjacent.
The cozy house offers space for up to 9 people, spread over 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, on the first floor you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds / alternatively double bed. A children's travel cot and high chair are also available.
The new, large and quaintly equipped kitchen has an additional wood stove. You can also enjoy the cozy warmth of the fireplace in the living room.
The entire house can be heated by an economical and modern air heat pump and can also be cooled in summer. There are also additional radiators and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

Erholung im Grünen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Besonders die Küche hat uns gefallen. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist trotzdem mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Unkomplizierte und angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger lage

Genau so haben wir uns unseren Schwedenurlaub vorgestellt. Ein kleines Dorf mitten im Nirgendwo, wo es außer der Kirche, dem See und dem Schulspielplatz nix gibt. Und ringsrum Wald. Super ruhig und idyllisch. Das Haus war sehr schön,liebevoll eingerichtet und ausreichend geräumig. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Kuscheldecken, Spielecke, Gesellschaftsspiele, sehr gute Küchenausstattung... Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren etwas störend: - Die angegebenen 500m zum See sind Luftlinie von der hintersten Ecke des Grundstücks zur dichtesten Ecke des Sees gemessen. Der Echte Weg zur Badestelle ist 1,2km lang. - Das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer knarrt immens. Ein Filzstreifen auf der Schiene wo der Lattenrost aufliegt würde schon helfen. - Für die 6 Außenstühle wären auch 6 Auflagen schön. - An ein paar Küchengeräten waren noch Speisereste der Vormieter. - ein kleines Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank wäre schön. Für eine Packung Eis, die wir auf dem Hinweg gekauft haben, lohnt es nicht, die Gefriertruhe im Keller anzuschmeißen. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nix zu meckern. Wir sind nicht abgeneigt, wiederzukommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute Ausstattung. Auch an Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. eine Zitronenpresse wurde gedacht. Gibt es auch Kritikpunkte? Klar, welches Haus ist schon perfekt. Etwas gestört hat uns das Quietschen eines der Doppelbetten und das die Gefriertruhe außerhalb des Hauses ist. Dass es zudem kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank selber gibt, ist nicht ideal. Ein Pluspunkt war die gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter. Wir hätten ein Problem mit dem Internet und es würde sich sehr bemüht, zu helfen.

Schönes Haus

Schönes Haus, gepflegt und eine Ausstattung, die alles abdeckt, was man braucht. Gemütlich mit Kamin, der das ganze Haus wärmt. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, sehr ruhig und naturnah (Wald direkt hinter dem Haus).
