Great location by the Hermosa Pier

This was a great property close to beach and all shops and restaurants. Perfect vacation spot, no car needed you can walk to everything. My wife and I loved it!

Location location location

This rental was perfect for us as a retired couple visiting our daughter and her family. The walk to everything you would need is minutes away and the apartment is very comfortable. We plan on coming back

Great Spot

This is the second year I’ve stayed at Tony’s place. The place is spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is close to everything In Hermosa. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was good. Reasons to rent here: Location is excellent, Rockefeller is a half-block away with an excellent happy hour menu and Sholb Tall-Dank-&-Handsome on tap... what more could anyone want. Close to the beach. The space in the house is nice ... a large main room with a decent kitchen and the 2nd bedroom/bath allowed us to invite guests and offer them their "own place". For the space and location, the price is less than anything similar for a 2BR/2BA. That said, there was a bunch of little "stuff" that really detracted from the overall experience: The place was pretty dirty upon entry, enough so that we were compelled to make cleaning a priority (main room floors were bad, other surfaces were quite dusty, bathrooms were an exception and were clean). The deck and deck furniture were filthy, and the grill tank was empty. We avoided spending time out there. There were missing outlet plates (which I consider a safety hazard to visiting children), missing trim around the island and other places, missing light bulbs in the 2nd bath ... just little stuff that is easy and inexpensive to remedy and yet "there it was". Inventory was light or non-existent on drinking glasses, wine glasses, dish towels, hand towels, dish rack, and bathmats. If you are a party of more than 2, prepare to supply your own. All of this was brought up to the host, so may be addressed in future rentals. All in all, the space itself is nice but could be much nicer with just a little attention.

Perfect Spot for an Extended Stay

My guests and I really enjoyed Tony's place. The kitchen / living room area was open and spacious. The bedrooms were large enough to be comfortable. Two full bathrooms and a washer / dryer were very convenient. There is a nice deck across the front of the apartment which gets the morning sun. The street that the apartment is on was very quiet. And Pier Avenue and the pier itself were just a short walk away. I'd highly recommend this place and hope to return for a visit in the future.

We are located less than five minutes away from this location rental, just in case you need us for anything. We enjoy all outdoor activities and have traveled around the world. Why they chose this property

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Fell in love with this tiny community when I was a teenager. Use to come here and surf with friends in the early eighties. This unit is newly remodeled, clean, large space, nice family or girls getaway. Close enough to walk to restaurants and bars without being TOO close and hear the loud music or people until two in the morning. Great for the outdoor enthusiast... surf, stand up paddle board, swimming, Kayak, boating, fishing, volleyball, tennis, basketball, steps away Friday's farmer's market, private front unit.

What makes this property unique

Location is close to anything your heart desires and owners live less than five minutes away, If you need us, otherwise very private and comfortable. Will not be bothered by neighbors or us. Large patio for beach living.
