About this property

It's a lovely spacious elegantly updated townhouse style condo on the water. Featuring, a private boat slip and many property amenities such as, a fish cleaning station, 3 swimming pools and a tennis court.
Downstairs offers an open living, dining and kitchen area that has an oversize island countertop. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen items. Just bring your own food and drinks!
The living room, opens up to spacious outdoor deck with a retractable awning. Also located downstairs is a queen bedroom and bathroom with a oversize walk-in shower.

Upstairs features the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Double vanities and tub shower combo. The master bedroom also has is own private deck, is very spacious with a twin bed as well with a king bed. The third bedroom is a loft style with a queen bed. The laundry room is located upstairs.
No Pets

Great Hedrick Ranch Family Vacation

This place has it all!!! Everything was a few minutes away; such as restaurants, grocery store, fishing trips, pontoon rentals, Rockport beach, gift shops etc. We enjoyed the kayaks, balcony with lots of seating, pool floats, and gas grill provided by Ms. Sharon...Totally awesome!! All the personal touches were lovely 😍 We so enjoyed our stay!!!

My Stay At Bay House

Our stay was more than exceptional. The accommodations were superb, the place was very clean and very roomy. Our host had provided all that we may have needed. They even had espresso coffee for us to make. The view was excellent and we enjoyed some delightful quiet time with our friends and several bottles of wine on the deck, enjoying the sunset. The condo was very spacious and yet provided enough privacy if required. Anything we needed was close by and the location was great for getting around Rockport/Fulton. I will stay there again and recommend it to others.
