Beachfront 1 bedroom apartment at the Inchcape Seaside Villas estate

Our one bedroom apartments right on Silver Sands Beach are located within the very private and quite upmarket estate of the Inchcape Seaside Villas and are just a few steps away from the water.
A size of 50 - 80 square meters provide for spacious units, all with a fully equipped and good size kitchen, a living room with comfortable seating, inside and outside dining area and a bedrooms fitted with a queen size bed. French Doors open to the patio / terrace with out door seating and dining options and lounge chairs / hammock.
All Inchcape units are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and unobstructed ocean views.
The Seaside Cottage A has three terrace areas, all with ocean views one way or another. A large wooden deck with table, chairs and lounge chairs is connected to the upstairs loft bedroom which makes this terrace a perfect setting to watch the sun rise in the east and watch the beautiful colors in the sky when the sun sets to the west over the Caribbean Sea.
While another terrace in a tropical garden setting complements the living room for an open air living, the terrace next to the kitchen offers a cozy setting for breakfast lunch and dinner.
All windows are traditional and generous in size and allow views of the ocean from the living and bedroom. The cottage apartment is framed by a natural garden of tropical plants and trees and the view from it's upstairs terrace is breathtaking and unobstructed. The interior is finished very upmarket and presents itself in an elegant but very Caribbean style, another reason why these units also cater to those who can appreciate architectural finesse which combined the mix of old and new perfectly.
The bedroom in the Seaside Cottage A is equipped with a queen size bed. A third person can be accommodated on the sleeping couch in the living area, but as the unit is an all open design from the floor to the ceiling, the ideal occupancy is 2 persons.

The beach at this property is heaven for swimming and snorkeling, windsurfing and kitesurfing, surfing and boogie boarding alike. One side of Silver Sands Beach can have a little shore beak while the other side is much calmer and ideal for swimming and sea bathing.
