Apartments and guesthouse in a listed Baroque half-timbered building in the middle of the old town of Schwerin. The building has been completely renovated and has modern facilities. In the immediate vicinity is the Mecklenburg State Theater, the castle, Lake Schwerin and the market and cathedral are only 2 minutes on foot. From almost all rooms you have a beautiful view of the old town on the Great Moor and the castle. IMPORTANT for apartment 02: The sleeping and living area is separated by a beam, which you must exceed, therefore not suitable for elderly or handicapped guests. IMPORTANT NOTE: The city of Schwerin has levied from the 06. 05. 2014 an accommodation tax of 5% of the guest's fee for the overnight stay. The tax is already included in all prices quoted. Business travelers are exempt from the accommodation tax and pay with appropriate proof (eg. B. Employer's certificate, information and forms via www. schwerin. com) the tax-adjusted price on the spot.
