This is a lovely apartment. Great location and also private. Everything feels brand new. It is super clean and the host is available for anything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I highly recommend this rental.

Great stay!

Great stay, flexible and responsive host. Difficult location, however, as it was not centrally located or easy to access transportation, etc.

The apartment was exactly like described, well appointed, and quite comfortable. Luciana was incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly like the pictures

The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It’s private, and but close enough to be able to explore the island. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely stay again if we come back to Martha’s Vineyard!

Great stay

This is a lovely and clean house and we had a great stay. The host was very helpful in communicating with us for anything we needed. It is in between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown so you will either need a car or have to take Ubers but it’s very centrally located and a quick ride.

Well appointed small but functional apartment home. Luciana was very responsive throughout the rental process. Great stay for my family’s first trip to Martha’s Vineyard. A little disappointed that rental has doubled in cost for next year as I was hoping to rent again.

When you booked I gave you 20% of discount and because you stayed a week you also had an extra discount added. The price isn’t doubled but because of the discounts it seems that way. Very nice stay!

I didn’t realize there were about 18 steps up to the apt. Fine for us no problem but not sure it’s very clear on listing and it might be a deal breaker for some Owners were great. Apt very clean and well stocked location was nice but car is a must Great time at the beach road festival!!!!
