Seaside Getaway is essence of old Florida . You are just a few steps away from a beautiful inviting sandy beach and the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Seaside Getaway is located inside the Gulfstream Park, a small sun up to sun set park on the Atlantic Ocean. The park provides a life guard, barbecue grills, children's playground, and nature trails. Five species of turtles nest and hatch their young on this beautiful beach. Seagulls and other beautiful birds are always visible diving for food in the ocean waters. Seaside Getaway has a deeded walking path through the park and to the beach, available 24/7 for our guests. Seaside get away is located on a quiet cul de sac street leading to the Ocean. You are only a five minute dive to trendy Downtown Delray's Atlantic Ave fine restaurants, bars and night life. Drift Boat Fishing, Dive Boats, Private Fishing Boats, Boat Rentals and Jet skying all within a five to ten minute drive. Many casual water front restaurants with in a five to ten minute ride. Parks, theaters, shopping and golf near by. Popular Nomad Surf Shop and Seaside Deli within walking distant. After your day at the beach or around town return home and enjoy the bumper pool, table tennis or just relax under one of the back yard umbrellas. The private back yard has both gas and charcoal grills, patio table seats six, outdoor hot and cold shower. Old Florida charm is abundant in this comfortable recently renovated two bedroom two bath home with Florida Room/family room, sleeps four to six comfortably. Two flat screen TVs with ATT streaming and Netflix, High Speed WIFI and coded push button dead bolt door locks for security. The Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking wants and needs. The Toaster Oven is combination oven and air fryer. Coffee by the pot or cup. Extra large full size washer and dryer. The house is very welcoming and professionally cleaned for every new guest. Charming FL cottage

Property was as described and CLEAN. Everything was great. We used the beach chairs and umbrella and the towels, this was very nice since we had driven far and did not bring these items. The beach is a VERY short walk as described and so convenient to not have to get in the car to go. We used the grill and cooked in most of the time. Kitchen is tight but very accommodating. Master Bedroom was comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Very well kept. The owner was very communicative with all of my questions which was great. Overall this was a great find for us. The water at the beach was wonderful and clear, we brought snorkel gear and saw some a lot fish. There are buoys marking a rock shelf where the marine life is more abundant. The stress of having to go anywhere was alleviated because everything we needed was right there. This is a small cottage and yard so it may not be comfortable for a large group. It was perfect for us. Also the outdoor shower was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Why they chose this property

The Gulfstream Park is a small popular sun up to sun down Ocean Park which is sandwiched in between two small affluent Ocean front cities, Ocean Ridge and Gulfstream. Seaside getaway is locate on a dead end street inside the park. The house butts the park nature trails and is only a minute walk to the beach. The Park has grills, a life guard, a great children play area and plenty of benches and seating for quiet enjoyment. Many different turtle species pick this area and beach to lay their eggs and welcome their hatchings to the Atlantic Ocean. Delray's trendy Atlantic Ave is just a five minute ride. Drift boat fishing, diving, jet skies, and boat rental just a 10 minute ride. Famous Nomad surf shop and seaside deli are in walking distance. The house is comfortable with tile and terrazzo floors. Newer upgraded kitchen and baths. Bumper pool and table tennis for after the beach. Parking for four cars.
