This newly remodeled single story 2 bedroom home boasts an amazing backyard area with a 17,000 gallon heated pool with large sunshelf and is surrounded by Travertine pavers . Backyard patio is perfect for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. Surround yourself with plush tropical landscaping and colors near our Plumeria and Palm trees. Two large hammocks in the shade are available for relaxing. We are just a quick two block walk to the sand and within one half mile are many restaurants and beach rentals (golf cart rentals, paddleboard and surf board rentals, snorkeling gear rentals, and a fishing pier with fishing gear rental and bait shop and other recreational rentals including scooters, segway and golf carts).
Nearby are small convenience shops for groceries or other needs as well as swimsuit shops and more all within walking distance. We have bicycles, you can ride into town, too!
Inside the home is a Master bedroom with a King size bed, large closet and on-suite bathroom with a shower. Master suite offers large closet and Chest, for plenty of storage. Second bedroom sleeps up to 4, with a king size bed and twin bed, with additional twin trundle option. The large easy to open sliding glass doors allow access to pool area and patio. A pack-n-play in the closet is available for guests with infants. The main bathroom has a bathtub.
The house is bright and airy, with a open floor plan. The Full kitchen has an abundance of counter-space with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, all countertop appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender), large refrigerator and freezer, plus a pantry. Cabinets includes everything you can find in your kitchen at home-- from vegetable peelers, to graters, to measuring cups, you can find it all. There is a bar-height peninsula with stools, ideal for breakfast time.

The dining room has enough seating for at six plus people. There is a desk area, so feel free to bring your laptop and use WiFi. Living Room has a large leather couch/sectional features a large Plasma Smart TV, and also has Comcast cable. The living area's entire east wall has sliding glass doors opening up to the covered patio, with views of the pool and lots of natural light.
*There are security cameras only on the exterior of the house. There is a camera in the backyard facing pool that guests may cover during their stay for privacy. we have this camera for OUR use, not yours!
There is a laundry room off the kitchen with washer and dryer plus ironing board.
