Come and enjoy everything that Southwest Florida has to offer in this bright and open 3-bedroom pool home in beautiful Rotonda West!
Rotonda West is a tranquil, deed-restricted community situated among 26 miles of freshwater canals. Beaming with wildlife, this community is the perfect place to relax and unplug!
This home features a spacious, open plan interior and a split bedroom layout with Master bed and bath on one side of the house. Two other bedrooms with bathroom in-between reside on the opposite side of the house along with a washer and dryer in the mud room. Each room has its own TV for entertainment and ceiling fan for comfort.
The dine-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, and dishwasher. It also offers seating along the peninsula that overlooks the inviting family room with a 55” TV and large ceiling fan. The family room looks out to the large heated screened pool area through panoramic sliding doors.
Outside, you will relax in style with a large, heated pool with covered lanai, family size table and chairs, and lounge chairs to soak in the sun. Behind that you will find a man-made, freshwater canal where you can watch the Florida wildlife or throw a line in the water and enjoy some fishing.
The two-car garage is loaded with all the essentials that you need for a day at the beach including: beach chairs, sand toys, fishing poles, and a wagon to cart them along with you.
Bring the whole family! There is a high chair, Pack and Play, and pool floaties ready for you to use. There are games and toys for kids and adults of all ages.
The restaurant scene in and around Rotonda West is absolutely fantastic! Try Farlow's on the Water for a date night. Visit the Lighthouse Grill and Tiki Bar at Stump Pass Marina for great food and scenery. Play bocce at Ken and Barb's while you sip a cocktail. And do not miss out on the ice cream as Swirls and Curls!

We purchased this house because it checked all the boxes for us: It's in a wonderful location close to the beach in a family-friendly community, it has a beautiful pool and lanai, and it is on a freshwater canal where we can do some backyard fishing.
What makes this property unique
You can see the pool and backyard from nearly every room in the house. The sunsets on the lanai simply cannot be beat!
