Our Vacation Hacienda

The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The heated pool was great. We golfed, visited friends and went to the beach. It was a wonderful vacation.

Quiet location

Great house, great, quiet location. Easy access to beach, Port Charlotte, and all surrounding cities. House was very clean, uncluttered, and enjoyable stay. Quiet community. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! The home/outdoor living space is even prettier in person. Very clean, easily accessible, great communication with owner, convenient location to our family in Placida and our family in Venice! We plan ok booking this home again next year.

No essential ammentities.

This property is lacking many of the essential ammenties that should be included in any vacation stay. Rusty can opener, little silverware (No butter knives). No Dressers in bedrooms. Only 2 hi top chairs at table, too high for comfortable seating. No dining table outside. No: cookie sheet, 9 x 13 pan, paper towel holder, no plastic food storage containers, no electric hand mixer, no pot holders, very few dish towels, no shelves in freezer. No inside broom or dust pan. No working vacuum cleaner for floors. Stained carpet. No lounge chairs fo pool area. No gas grill outside. No beach chairs as listed. Poor lighting throughout the house. One closet lights goes on and off by itself like there is a short in the wiring. Poor pool maintenance. Filter clogged. Pool heater not working. Pool solar blanket deteriorating leaving blue pieces in the water. Metal shavings throughout pool patio area. Host did not respond in any positive fashion. The home owner does not understand the rental market in FL

Clean Comfortable and Quiet

Stayed for 5 days for a fishing trip. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. The house is well maintained and has every thing you need for cooking your own meals. The pool os quite nice too! Olga (The host) was super responsive and friendly too. Would definitely book again!

Convenient location to beach, nice stay

The house was nice, convenient location, the master bed was comfy, the pool was good. The property could use some maintenance, both toilets are loose at base, master toilet ran after use, the laundry room light was out, there was an iron but not an ironing board so we bought one, grass was tall, filter on fridge needs to be changed, a few bugs by windows. We were not informed irrigation maintenance workers were coming "as scheduled" until they were already walking around the property and by pool. A little more notice would be sufficient if they were scheduled, even if they are outside as a privacy measure/common courtsey. Overall a nice stay for a few days.
