Hot tub was great. The property, especially outside, seemed very worn down. Was disappointed with the interior as some of the baseboards were broken. Lots of chipped paint on the walls and corners cracked tiles in the bathroom.

Pros: good location, nice hot tub, good kitchen, good communication, and the host let us check out late. Cons: MICE, which the hosts knew about - there were sonic mouse deterrent devices plugged in around the house. Also a gap in the sliding door I could fit my hand thru even when closed all the way. Which also explains the ants, house centipedes, spiders, etc.The place was pretty dingy, and the beds were rock hard. But mostly, the tiny company was not appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The layout was great, and the outdoor spaces were a highlight—plenty of spots to sit and relax or have fun (mini golf!). The host has done an amazing job creating areas for everyone to enjoy, and we especially loved the pizza oven! The host was also very responsive and helpful prior to and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This property was nothing like the photos or description in the VRBO listing. Upon arrival, we found takeout containers scattered on the lawn, cigarette butts on the porch, and overflowing trash cans. The house smelled musty and was not properly cleaned. The kitchen was worn, pots and pans were dirty, and hair was found in the shower beneath the bath mat.There were serious maintenance concerns. Windows were taped shut with packing tape, the bedroom skylight had water damage and peeling paint, and the sliding glass door did not close properly, leaving a gap large enough for rodents or animals to enter.Several advertised amenities were unusable. The hot tub had low water levels and scum around the waterline, making it unsanitary. The pizza oven, a major reason we booked this property, was filthy and filled with debris. The putting green was covered in leaves, and landscaping was overgrown.Communication was equally unacceptable. I contacted Carlos on September 22 before arrival and received no response. I subsequently reported the garbage, sent photos documenting the property's condition, and requested a refund. Carlos never responded. VRBO also attempted to reach him without success.This property was misrepresented, poorly maintained, and unacceptable. We paid for amenities we could not use and accommodations that did not meet reasonable cleanliness standards. I am requesting a FULL REFUND.

Perfect place for a weekend trip

Great location, amazing neighbors. Didn’t get to use any of the outdoor amenities but they looked like they’d be absolutely perfect in warmer weather. Had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

Good stay! As others mentioned, it could use a little weed control and tlc outside, but also recognize its summer in Michigan and things grow quickly! Definitely doesn’t deter the stay- house is clean, good for a crowd & easy access to a variety of activities!

The perfect place for our family

The layout was as expected…very cute house. We were excited that the Christmas tree was still up because this was our Christmas trip! We had 6 adults and three children and had plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend getaway

We enjoyed this space. It worked great for all four couples as we all had our own rooms. Proximity to The Fork and Pint was awesome and food was delicious. Loved the lake view off the back deck. Lovely!

Nice stay

Carlos was wonderful. He approved an early check in, we ended up not needing it, but was nice we had the choice. Pizza oven was a huge hit. Lots of fun making pizzas. Hot tub was enjoyable also.

Great Stay

This house was perfect for me, my friends and family! No issues with anything!! I know this house will be an awesome place to stay in the summer time. The photos don’t do enough justice and everything was clean!
