This Beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Christiansted Town. Hotel on the Cay is walking distance also, along with beaches. Close to the Christiansted Fort and museum. This apartment is close to public transportation which is a plus.

Super close to pier. Host was very easy to get ahold of and checked on our stay to make sure everything was good.

Comfortable away oasis

Our stay here was so comfortable that we LITERALLY disregarded the first day of confusion, travel stuff not related to where we stayed, and MADE PLANS for third day activites, until family from home called just before bed and said see you guys tomorrow. This home was safe and pleasant with only a few hiccups that were solved instantly with a text. Ms. Emerald will be my check for return trips. Thank you for sharing your space with us it made winding down after a day of discovery simple and rewarding. Until next time.

Yellow shower water

The property is definitely run down in the inside . You can tell it isn't kept up often , beds were dusty , the tub needs a deep cleaning .First day my sister turned on the shower and yellow water ran out for awhile before going clear then back again , which the renter said that they were turning off the water around the neighborhood recently . We were scared to shower that night forcing us to shower somewhere else for the day until she supposedly sent someone over( we werent there to see) . Even after they did we couldn’t properly shower with the showerhead cause we didnt know if it would do it again. Very uncomfortable having to bend down every time. The neighborhood definitely isnt the best so get a car for getting around at night . Alot of men around at all times ( which obviously isnt her fault) . Location is good , Near the christiansted boardwalk about a ten minute walk up a huge hill unless you walk all the way around. Wont recommend to anyone honestly.

close to waterfront

the house is very close to the waterfront restaurants and shopping area. we felt comfortable walking there during the day time, but not after dark. The house has 2 comfortable, clean rooms and a nice bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has a nice, well equipped kitchen and living room. The AC works very well and there were newish functioning washer and dryer next to kitchen. There was no place to dine inside the home. There was a concrete patio with a table, umbrella, and 4 chairs but it was kind of blah and no view. We sat out there to eat most breakfasts. When it rained, we had to eat sitting on the sofa. Emerald is working on remedying this in the near future. She was very helpful when we needed more towels and answered our questions promptly. Overall it was an acceptable and clean property as described in the posting.

Peacock Palace

A nice 2/1 in downtown Christiansted St. Croix. Centrally located to my client base. Fully equipped kitchen, all amenities supplied are in good repair. Walking distance to everything. Could use a kitchen table, could use a desk and a chair. Good Wi-Fi but streaming channels only on the TV, you’ll need to go elsewhere to watch the game. Short walk to the seaplane docks, downtown restaurants and the boardwalk. This apartment is very nice but the neighborhood is run down like much of Christiansted. I never felt threatened but there is a mix of new and renovated homes, historic ruins and urban decay. Low income housing projects a few blocks away. Shopping is convenient at the Pueblo supermarket 5 minutes minutes away. I’d stay here again, the downtown hotels aren’t any better and cost double or triple in season.
