The Snug Harbor neighborhood is a waterfront community in Pompano Beach. Is is located west of Federal Highway between SE 3rd St and Garden Isles. For boaters there is direct ocean access and one fixed bridge at Federal Highway.

This is a single story duplex. Guests have private access of the home and a front and back patio. The backyard is shared with the attached duplex and features a large swimming pool, loungers and outdoor furniture.

The duplex features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a pull-out couch to comfortably sleep up to 10 people - perfect for large families with kids and friends groups travelling together!

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to make delicious meals at home and opens onto a private terrace with outdoor dining and your own BBQ grill. There is a private front patio with table and chairs as well, nice for a morning or afternoon tea.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
