Our family reunion at 219 West Lake Dr.
We loved the house , the pool and the water activities. It needs to upgrade it pots and pans for the kitchen since we were cooking almost every night . If they find a room for a ping pong table that will be nice . We will try to go back there next year .

Admiral Annapolis
Fabulous house and location. Something for everyone. Quiet neighborhood would made a relaxing backdrop for our family vacation! Two things that I could see improvement. 1) most houses have owners closets that they lock. But this one had many. So many that the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms had no closet. They brought in a two foot portable hanger to make up for the lack of closet. Kind of cheap looking when renting a house like this. The “seventh bedroom” is really a beautiful top floor perch. Stunning, but no bathroom on that floor. It worked for our group but I’m assuming not for everyone. 2) the communication was detailed and timely but I did feel like the management company that I was speaking to did not know the house that well. Other than these two small things, we had a beautiful time at this house in Annapolis. Kids loved playing in the water and everyone enjoyed going on walks and runs around the beautiful neighborhood. DC and Baltimore under an hour away. Annapolis is a short 15 minute drive.

Wonderful experience for whole family
This is a beautiful home that provided plenty of space for our large family of 8 adults, 6 children. Spacious rooms were clean and courtesy items were provided in addition to bed linens and towels. The nicely maintained pool was a big hit.

Great Potential on Water
Spacious and handsome home with well stocked kitchen and comfortable seating in multiple rooms (thumbs up for recliners and massage chair). Plenty of room for our 13-person party, three generations of our family. Water access and pool are great. Some opportunities for improvement: 1) kitchen sink handle was broken with a handwritten note from Vacasa that it was going to be fixed (apparently some time in the future). That (future repair) didn’t help us in our week there, leaving the sink challenging to use. 2) hot tub, pool and outside issues: a] the hot tub’s temperature control was broken; written directions that it was set for 99 and would stay that temp were not accurate; hot tub fixtures kept falling off; b] the pool vacuum was broken when we arrived; lots of leaves in the pool. Someone came on two straight days to fix it mid way through our week (without warning or appointment, see below); once it was fixed, they left the vacuum with its long line to the filter, attached, making it difficult and perhaps unsafe to swim (we couldn’t remove it either); c] service people came to the yard in the back, nearly every day, without knocking or announcing their visit and without appointment: one day it was a guy broadcasting fertilizer on back lawn (where we had children ages 1-8 playing, dangerous), another day it was a lawn service cutting the lawn with noisy gas engines and they let their grass clippings blow onto personal property we had left on the deck; other days it was for the broken hot tub and pool pump. We assume good faith of owners and that they haven’t rented this unit a lot yet. We rarely leave these kinds of reviews, but hope it may help improve the rental for future visitors.
