Has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, open concept living area, fully stocked kitchen, there is a 1 recording camera in the front outside of the house for the security of the guests &the property!
Center of the city close to restaurants, bars, big grocery store all a short walk.
Our place is great for couples, business traveller, and families.

Bad Area

The house was updated and clean but the area was rough and we felt unsafe so we decided to get a hotel instead. Homeless and drugged out people all around the property with garbage on streets and back alley.

When we first approached the property it was alittle scatchy. But we went in . Took lots of pictures before and after our stay because it was needed to protect ourselves for other charges. The stairs to the laundry room need grips of some kind ( safety ). Bathroom needs a tub mat(safety). There were 2 towels for 3 adults for 5 days, had to buy more . There was a mouse in the kitchen on our last day . Once pulled out couches to clean after our stay , found lots of srprises. Felt like we were cleaning after 2 people before us .

Our stay

Overall the trip was ok. Only problem was during checkout. Asked the owner for an extended time which he agreed. He then spoke about a broken window which I know nothing about it’s winter why would I open a frozen window. Also there was a part of the bed that kept coming off which we told him about already . We cleaned the house before we left and he was there before we checked out but sent us a message complaining after we left which we found very strange because why didn’t you complain in our presence but when we left and oh finally he kept calling always complaining about us having family over we kept telling him they were visiting and not sleeping over we felt like we were in boarding school and just had cameras watching us everytime. The unit isn’t bad at all though just smaller than I also expected.

Stay Away!

Worst experience ever with a VRBO. Says there is a fenced in yard, there was a three foot fence in horrible shape, a NO GRASS. There were three foot + weeds, thistles and other weeds coming out of dirt and rock. When we ask the host about the situation we were told that when we checked before booking with him about the yard we just asked if it was fenced, we never ask if there was grass?!?! We ended up leaving early because there was no where at all for our dog to potty. Neighborhood was very questionable. Interior of house looked as advertised, but smaller than we thought it would be. The ONLY good thing I can say is it was nicely stocked with extras for the guests. The host answered quickly, but was sarcastic and not willing to take any responsibility for anything. He said it didn’t matter what the outside of the house was like as long as the inside was nice!

It is unfortunate what you wrote.. becouse the majority is inaccurate!!! You've asked me if the yard fenced .. and it is fenced! About grass Noone asked especially not by you. My back yard design is to have everything nice and tidy and low maintenance for the guests benefit. Beyond that .. we take proud in our property as it is the top of quality by all our guests. In VRBO and as we by Rb&b. Have a nice day
