Take a short walk to the creek, swing in the hammock & listen to the water melody. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Place bed sheets and bathroom/kitchen towels in gray bag next to washer & dryer. Please do not place the bed spread or throws in the hamper bag.
If applicable, turn the fireplace off on departure but leave the pilot light on. If using the air conditioner, set it to 75 degrees. If using the heat, set it to 68 degrees.
Please kitchen and bathroom trash in one of the two large trash cans outside. Please close the lid so that critters cannot open. Lock the doors on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This cabin was everything it promised! Clean the hot tub was a life saver after 17hr on the road and 3 waterfalls. The creek was so relaxing to sit by with coffee in the morning. We will absolutely come stay again. The host kept in touch in timely manner

This cabin is so cute and cozy! It was clean. It is decorated so cute. The Hot Tub was a definite plus. The view in the back with the creek and sound of the creek water running is awesome. There is a hammock and chairs with a fire pit. I highly recommend this. It's perfect for 2 people and the price is worth every penny!

This is a beautiful property and perfect for a couple. The cabin was clean, orderly and cozy. The creek winds along two sides of the property, close enough to see from the deck and hear the calming sounds of the water making its way down. The swing on the bank of the creek was my morning meditation spot. The back deck and hot tub was our happy place in the evening, watching deer make their way across the yard late afternoon. The host provided clear check in and out instructions and was communicative throughout our stay. There was also a notebook with great suggestions for enjoying the area. We will definitely be staying here again

The host was very responsive when we had a question. The place was very clean and homey.The hot tub was great as well as the backyard space. We were hopimg for a little more seclusion based on the aerial pics but it was still a wonderful experience!

All was good but there was no blanket just a bedspread and sheet. Could use two more pillows.Very nice property. The weather did not cooperate and we lost all power with way to communicate because of a tree falling on a transformer. Kevin is a most gracious host.We had to leave one day early due to no power.

Doug, thanks for the review. It is unfortunate to receive a low rating, especially for things that are far beyond our control. We made an exception and allowed Doug to bring his dog, even though he made a request to do so after booking the property. There was a power outage the morning of Doug's last day at the property. I had someone at the property to check things out within an hour and power was restored within a couple of hours. Rather than waiting to let the problem be resolved, Doug chose to pack up and leave instead of allowing time for the problem to be resolved. While not required, I refunded Doug for the night he did not stay at the property. For anyone considering our property, please take a look at all of the other reviews guests have left (over 50 on VRBO and 270 on other booking platforms). We work hard to provide a nice getaway for guests and frequently have repeat guests.

This was a beautiful cabin, the hosts thought of everything to make your stay special. The babbling creek, the hammock, the swing by the water, the fire pit, and the hot tub were amazing. The hosts were quick to respond and the listing was accurate. The cabin was close to many activities, but still felt remote and the WiFi was great. If you are a hiker, there are plenty of great hikes close by with beautiful waterfalls. If you play Pickleball, there are great indoor and outdoor courts nearby with welcoming people.
