The house is located on the bike path. The Palatinate Forest is a 5-minute drive away. Winzerhöfe, wineries, wine bars and pubs are within a short walk. The historic village center "Herrenhof" or the Order Forest is about 10 minutes walk. Public transport with a 30 min. Tact to Neustadt, Deidesheim, Bad Dürkheim, Landau, Mannheim, Heidelberg is 1-2 km away. An ideal starting point for active, culinary and cultural holidays!

A bright, well maintained apartment with a fantastic terrace on the roof garden for 2 persons. In the completed apartment in the 1. Floor waits a large living room with a 1.80m wide bed and a fully equipped kitchen with sofa, microwave and espresso machine on you. (Wi-Fi, desk and TV satellite). An abundant vine at the house, an almond tree, cherry tree, strawberries, raspberries and figs are available in the garden. The view extends to Hambach Castle, Haardter Castle and the Weinbiet. The roof garden is southeast aligned.
