The old schoolhouse on the Schlossberg in 1728

The sandstone house built in 1728 was the first school house on site. The baroque-style house was completely renovated in 2004 and corresponds to a modernized monument. The equipment is very individual and of high living quality. Location and materials are 1A. Quiet location with an unrestricted view of the castle. Directly at the forest and vineyards as well as directly at the church. In front of that is an outside seat.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub in der Pfalz hatten wir uns diesen schönen Weinort (Haardt) ausgesucht - nicht zuletzt wegen der ‚urigen‘ Unterkunft im alten Schulhaus. Herr Hoffmann ist ein sehr interessierter Gastgeber, der durchaus den Kontakt zu seinen Gästen sucht und ihnen ein möglichst authentisches Erlebnis in dieser traditionsreichen Umgebung bieten will. In unserem Fall hatten wir es seiner Umsicht zu verdanken noch zwei Karten für die ‚Haardter Weinnacht‘ bekommen zu haben - ein relativ neues Weinfest, das von örtlichen Weinhäusern wie Müller-Catoir zusammen mit eingeladenen Winzern aus anderen Anbaugebieten veranstaltet wurde. Sehr empfehlenswert!Die Unterkunft in der ehemaligen, und liebevoll modernisierten Lehrerwohnung bietet einen angenehmen Rückzugsort zwischen Wanderungen im Pfälzer Wald und kulinarischen Erkundungen in dieser für gutes Essen und Trinken hinreichend und zu Recht bekannten Gegend.Wir kommen gerne wieder …

Ein liebevoll saniertes und eingerichtetes Denkmal. In der Beschreibung sollte m.E. darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Treppe zur Wohnung relativ steil ist und es keine abschließende Tür gibt. Beides war für unseren Hund schwierig. Mehrere Fotos in der Beschreibung wären hier hilfreich.Sehr netter Gastgeber und schöne Lage.

Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in dem historischen alten Schulhaus. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Geschmack und Liebe gestaltet und eingerichtet. Ein Highlight von vielen ist das geräumige Bad. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend sind, kommen wir sicher wieder.

Kleine Pfalz-Auszeit

Wir haben eine kleine Auszeit in der Pfalz bei Herrn Hoffmann gebucht und es war sehr sehr schön. Ein denkmalgeschütztes Haus in top Lage. Das Ferienapartment ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem Auge für Details. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden dort - dank der direkten Anbindung an viele Wanderwege auch ein großes Plus. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dieser bezaubernden Wohnung. Sie ist dem Ambiente entsprechend sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schoolhouse Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this historical, beautifully appointed schoolhouse. There was such a thoughtful attention to detail every step of the way. We were greeted with fresh flower, fresh fruit and a welcome glass of local wine. Karl our host was kind, friendly and very informative. He gave us wonderful recommendations for dining and wine bar options in the area. Everything is within walking distance, and the vacation apartment is perfectly situated in a very tranquil part of the village, with views of the vineyards and the breathtaking castle.

Prettig verblijf.

Prima etage, met alles dat aanwezig moet zijn. Bereikbaar via een ruime trap, aan een rustige straat, met een prachtig uitzicht. De hond kon mee en die heeft ook een fijne week gehad.

Leben im Denkmal und vieles mehr

Grandios! Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist sehr passend. Doch das ist bei Weitem nicht alles. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Es war der pure Genuss, die langen Sommerabende bei guten Gesprächen zu verbringen. Jederzeit würden wir es wieder tun.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist genauso charmant wie die Umgebung. Ruhige Lage, aber zu Fuß ist man in 30 Minuten in der Altstadt von Neustadt. Der "Hauswirt" ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genießen.
