Apartment Weickenmeier - Apartment

The apartment is about 80 m² in size and designed for 4 people. The premises are located in the basement and have a separate entrance and free Wi-Fi. Our Ferinwohnung is divided as follows: A large bedroom with double bed and separate seating area, a large living and dining area with satellite TV and mini-compact system, the modern and comfortable kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster , Kettle and the usual kitchen utensils. A modern bathroom with shower tray and toilet, a children's room with bunk beds (90 x 200 cm). Upon request, we provide you with a travel cot and a high chair for free. Our apartment was allergy-friendly furnished, and is therefore a Non smoking apartment. The bringing of pets is not possible for this reason. A car parking space is available directly at the house.

Great place to stay for Speyer and area

The host showed us round the property on arrival. Great space and plenty of facilities. Car parking right in front. Clean and tidy and ideal for a family or friends. 10 minute walk to the train station, 1 minute walk to bus stop, 5 minutes walk to Netto supermarket. Would stay again.

Super saubere und sehr große und toll eingerichtete Kellerwohnung mit Lichthof. Weiterhin eine überaus kulante Vermieterin. Höchst empfehlenswert und nah an Speyer was eine zweite Reise wert ist.

Alles sehr gut!

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsen in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war in guten Zustand, es hat an nichts gefehlt, mit netten, hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Speyer, Bus und S-Bahn befinden sich in der Nähe, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gaby, Helmut und Peter

Entspanntes Wochenende

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und tip top sauber. Der komplette Aufenthalt war unkompliziert und extrem entspannt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Ich werde mir die Unterkunft merken falls ich Speyer, das Technik Museum und die Umgebung mit der Familie erkunden möchte.

Generell sehr gute Ausstattung. Aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden: Handtuchhalter in der Küche und Bad, Rührlöffel, Licht über dem Badspiegel, Schalen für Obst, Brot, Salat, Gebrauchsanweisungen für Backofen und Geschirrspülmaschine,Hinweis auf vorhandenen CD-Player, Frühstücksbrettchen.

appartement propre et spacieux

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour près de Speyer, l'appartement était propre, spacieux et très calme.Autour nous avons pu visiter Heidelberg, Speyer, Stuttgart et Baden-Baden, nous avons visité beaucoup de marchés de Noël, c'était très sympa. Nous aimerions continuer à découvrir l'Allemagne mais à une autre période de l'année, plus chaude et ensoleillée!!!Nous recommandons cette location. Nous aurions aimé converser plus avec les propriétaires mais nous ne parlons pas allemand malheureusement.
