Enjoy a relaxing stay at our inviting vacation home, perfect for unwinding and having fun. Our property features a private pool and hot tub, ideal for refreshing swims or relaxing soaks. Plus, unwind in our comfortable massage chair, perfect for easing into vacation mode.

There is plenty of parking in our carport, making your arrival as smooth as possible. Our smart home system allows you to easily adjust settings like temperature and lighting to suit your preferences.

Pets are welcome here! They'll love the spacious backyard, which offers plenty of room for exploration and play. Pets are more than welcome here; they're part of the family.

Need to stay connected? Our dedicated office space is equipped for remote work or checking in with friends and family, ensuring you have a productive spot if needed.

We're in the process of transitioning our lawn to Bahia grass to enhance our garden's look and sustainability. The outdoor area may look slightly different, but it's still a great space for relaxation and enjoyment.

For your safety, we've installed security cameras at key points around the property, including the backyard, carport, and front door. These are intended to provide peace of mind during your stay without compromising your privacy.

This was a perfect location in relation to the ranch. They had the fire place and Christmas lights going. Brought us a good bit of joy! The pool area…super cool!

Shelter in a storm

When Hurricane Ian was coming we had to evacuate. Hosts were very accommodating at the last minute for us. Nice home and yard, we never lost power.

Fantastic Stay children had a Blast!

Host was very friendly. Explained everything. This was for my step daughters 14th birthday. She wanted a pool party and we got more than we expected. Great Hot Tub, pool with flowing mattress and toys. Even a massage chair that the adults enjoyed a great deal. The event was a success and the home was clean and very inviting. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Spacious Smart House

The house was nice and location was perfect for our needs. The “Smart House” aspect was a little much for our group. The outdoor area, carport, and security around was great! The living area was cozy. The owner does have rabbits at the house and comes by twice a day to feed them. There was also a 25 page manual sent after our arrival on how to use the smart house. It would have been nice to have that a few days prior to arrival to review and try understand. We loved the house and look forward to staying again for our event.

The guidebook has been significantly improved and is now located in a binder inside the house for easier reference. We will implement your suggestion of getting the guide out a couple of days in advance.

When we first arrive and as soon as we got in the house it smells so fresh and it was so clean for it to be a pet friendly home you wouldn't even think they had pets, you do have to download a app to get in the house with the smart key system they have, but it is simple and no problem we enjoyed our time, the kids enjoy their time we would definitely reference friends and family to book at this residence we would be back but for a longer staying because our weekend was just too short. The best thing as well was privacy quiet Street just wonderful. Thank Again To The Ower

Dade City

House is advertised as smart.The host did have the cameras on the first night and they came and took them out at some point the next day when we were not there.That did not put us at ease.The camera in the pool area was not appreciated and we unplugged it when we finally saw it half way through our stay.The plugs were so overused with 'smart' equipment in the various rooms that it was difficult to use the bathroom plugs and bedroom plugs. When we unplugged the speakers and tried to turn on the lights, they flashed nonstop.It was terrible.The house was filthy.There was hair and dust in the corners and on the floor everywhere.The floors have rugs over transition areas and wires,an osha nightmare.The kitchen was next level.At first glance it appears okay.Open the fridge and it stunk.There was condiments that were a mystery and the entire door was filled.There was also food in the fridge and freezer.The cabinets were a hot mess and full.The pots and pans were just thrown in the cabinet and you really couldn't tell what was dirty and what was clean.The towels provided were frayed and had stains on them.The sheets in the primary bed had rips on them.The pool area was comfortable but worn.My teenagers discovered marijuana roaches in their tin in the pool area.personal clothing in the office.packages arrive for the owners daily and they pick them up.it felt as if we were staying in someone's dirty old house and not as if we were in a rental for reserved 3 weeks

Why they chose this property

During World War II, Dade City hosted a prisoner of war camp. German soldiers captured in North Africa were brought there to make bricks and build warehouses and boxes. This site is now the Pyracantha Park Civic Center. We fell in love with the small-town, country atmosphere. Dade City is 60 minutes from Tampa and 80 minutes from Orlando by car. The streets of Dade City are very walkable. This stunning property is the quintessential Florida getaway, offering a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertainers or families. The interior of this home has been thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and welcoming space perfect for relaxation. The bedrooms are generously sized, and the master suite features a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom that will impress. One of the best features of this vacation property is the outdoor living space. Step outside onto the oversized screened lanai to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The backyard provides plenty of room to relax and a peaceful environment.

What makes this property unique

Dade City has a rolling topography with 60 – 100 feet elevations. The city has an area of 3.4 square miles (8.8 km2). Visitors love Dade City’s downtown antique stores, gift shops, parks, museums, art galleries, restaurants, and historic architecture. Three notable structures include the Pasco County Courthouse, Hugh Embry Library, and Edwinola. Downtown Dade City also hosts the annual Kumquat Festival. The Dade City area is a large producer of tart kumquat, a citrus fruit. The local bus services: Pasco County Public Transportation provides local bus service on routes #30 & #31 in Dade City.
