About this property
HISTORICAL VICTORIAN, BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED
This 126 year old Victorian is the best destination for staying put or taking day trips to many attractions, including the wineries or beach towns on the coast. The house is spacious (over 3000 square feet) and is designed for entertaining. There's a game room with a pool table, ping pong, and living areas with large 4k high mo definition tv in both the main home and carriage house, a parlor for relaxing, a private outdoor area with solo wood stove and outdoor seating and gas grill. This house has two full kitchens; one on each floor. Super fast fiber internet too.
There are two parking spaces in the driveway as well as additional parking along the street.
The house is in a lovely neighborhood for walking. We looked for a while and picked this house for its beauty and location. We often take a walk in the morning to downtown or to the granary where we stop by for a cappuccino and a local made pastry.
The house is in a central location for all types of day trips. The wineries are in all directions as well as the beach to the west and beautiful scenery all around.

My wife and I came to a wedding in Mcminnville and fell in love...with the area. We fell in love with each other over 25 years ago. For the wedding we stayed at a neighboring city but we kept ending up in McMinnville when the day was done. It's a friendly town with great places to eat and play. We have been hosting a vacation rental in Santa Cruz for 7 years and we love it so much we decided to host in McMinnville. Now we have a good excuse to come more often.
Why they chose this property
It took a while to find a house North of downtown that had what we wanted. The neighborhood is historic and has such a nice feel. When we saw the Victorian we knew it was the one. We love it! It's 127 years old but feels new. Our favorite routine is to walk around the neighborhood and end up in downtown or the granary.
