HISTORICAL VICTORIAN, BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED
This 126 year old Victorian is the best destination for staying put or taking day trips to many attractions, including the wineries or beach towns on the coast. The house is spacious (over 3000 square feet) and is designed for entertaining. There's a living area with large 4k high mo definition tv and a parlor for relaxing, a private outdoor area with solo wood stove and outdoor seating and gas grill. This house has two full kitchens; one on each floor. Super fast fiber internet too.
There are two parking spaces in the driveway as well as additional parking along the street if needed.
The house is in a lovely neighborhood for walking. We looked for a while and picked this house for its beauty and location. We often take a walk in the morning to downtown or to the granary where we stop by for a cappuccino and a local made pastry.
The house is in a central location for all types of day trips. The wineries are in all directions as well as the beach to the west and the beautiful scenery all around.

What a cool place to stay! The house was built in 1894 and had a lot of character. The rooms were a nice size except for the one with the double bed. It was very small. All in all it was a wonderful experience!
Very well stocked kitchens, comfortable beds, wonderful games room! And great walking distance to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this house!

Thanks Joy, Love to walk to downtown thru the neighborhoods.
It was a perfect house me and a few friends. Wonderful layout and set-up perfectly for guests. We would like to return next year for Linfield Homecoming weekend.
Everything was wonderful. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in walking distance to the Main Street. We enjoyed everything about staying here.
Our family stayed here for my son’s graduation from GFU and it was perfect place to spend time celebrating him. The property is beautiful and spacious with great areas to relax and entertain! All the details were well thought out and attended to! Thanks for a great weekend!
My friends and I enjoyed a ladies weekend getaway for just a couple of days, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The property is an amazing space for a trip like this with ample space for everyone and great communal areas for hanging out, eating, etc. I would love to return and stay here again. The house itself it so charming with lots of character and modern decor.
This house was almost perfect. Our only complaint was the street noise because it is on the corner of a main road. Easy walk to the main street downtown for shopping, eating and wine tasting!
Very well maintained Victorian home. Clean, spacious, great courtyard area with fire bin and gas grill in the back. Plus separate carriage house with pool table, ping pong table and sofa with tv. Easy walk to downtown through residential area. On the corner of a busy street but sound machines provided to help with traffic noise at night. Very comfortable mattresses. We loved our stay and highly recommend.
This Victorian was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Great for a family or group of friends of all ages. We would have had to stay a couple more nights to fully take advantage of all of the amenities. The host is very responsive and the space was amazing. Lots to do and comfortable to be in. Everything was high quality. I highly recommend it.
We spent a lot of time in the carriage house watching football and playing pool. It was perfect. Our adult kids claimed the beds were the most comfortable. We slept well. Outside noise was not noticeable for us. Walking distance to 3rd street. Best coffee ever at Fire and Wire.
The home was charming and the owners provided all the amenities expected and more. We really enjoyed the private patio and fire pit. The stairs might be precarious for some people. House is on the edge of a quite neighborhood mixed with some commercial properties, and does face a busier road. It still seemed very quiet and private.
The house was perfect for my family of 6 in town for my nephew's wedding on one of many beautiful wineries near by. The walk to 3rd Street will all the shopping and restaurants was very convenience. The only disappointment was that we paid thru Sunday but because our flight was time got bumped up, we had to check out Saturday morning, losing a whole day.
Overall was a good stay with plenty of space. Unfortunately they had any issues in the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Also had a plumbing leak that did not allow us to use the upstairs bathroom the last two days. Overall the owner was accommodating but it did ruin the stay a bit.

Thank you for being understanding about the plumbing leak. It's getting fixed, but that doesn't help you. I am sorry. I do wish we could have anticpated the leak.
Property is very well taken care of. It's got a nice charm, and plenty of room for bigger families. Everything worked great. The Carriage House (where the game room and another TV room is) is a nice addition. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it! The communication with the hosts/owners were outstanding! We went during a weekend with snow, and they were very flexible accommodating us. Comms were timely, especially with updated entry instructions. Thank you!
*Exceptional Stay in a Historic Gem! Five-Star Experience!*
From the moment we stepped inside, we were absolutely enchanted! The house is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity imaginable. With not one, but two kitchens and a game room, it was the ideal setting for our small team meeting and retreat. The carriage house, in particular, provided a perfect space for team-building during our work sessions. The location was also superb—just a short stroll away from the heart of downtown McMinnville, featuring charming shops and delightful restaurants. We even enjoyed a few wine tasting adventures at nearby wineries, which were just a quick drive away. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot for our getaway. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I came to a wedding in Mcminnville and fell in love...with the area. We fell in love with each other over 25 years ago. For the wedding we stayed at a neighboring city but we kept ending up in McMinnville when the day was done. It's a friendly town with great places to eat and play. We have been hosting a vacation rental in Santa Cruz for 7 years and we love it so much we decided to host in McMinnville. Now we have a good excuse to come more often.
Why they chose this property
It took a while to find a house North of downtown that had what we wanted. The neighborhood is historic and has such a nice feel. When we saw the Victorian we knew it was the one. We love it! It's 127 years old but feels new. Our favorite routine is to walk around the neighborhood and end up in downtown or the granary.
