Great Location, Unit needs some maintenance & a new property manager!
Large unit , great location, unit was mostly clean and nicely decorated but is in need of some updates and repairs.
Upon arrival we immediately found the hot tub cold and moldy. One of the number one reasons we picked this property was for the provided private hot tub to be able to soak after a long day of skiing. I immediately notified the property manager of the issue and ask that he have someone come out and fix it. Only to find out it had been broken and he had already known about it but didn’t find it important to let us know.
Never heard from him again and no one ever fixed it. I reached out on the day of check out and request a percentage be refunded for the lack of advertised amenity only to be ignored and still no resolution a month later. No counter offer of a discount, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, nothing.
I believe the unit has new owners and they intend to remodel the dated property, I hope the remodel includes a new management agency as this one is lacking customer service.
Other issues…On top of no hot tub we couldn’t even take a hot bath as all bathrooms had Luke warm water. The Sauna would only work for 5 min at a time before the breaker would trip. The glass stove top while it did work had a huge crack in it, I was honestly surprised it still worked. I could go on with multiple small things but will stop the main issues.
Will be a great unit if it gets a little love and new management.
