The backyard features a private pool, plentiful lounge seating and beautiful landscaping—perfect for a lazy afternoon or evening by the pool where you can gaze upon the vibrant Arizona sunsets in your own personal oasis.

Inside there's a comfortable, open plan living area with a flat screen smart TV and board games for entertainment. Conference Stay

This property was perfect for our overnight stay! We were not able to extend our original reservation at another property. Finding this little gem, was a blessing. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The host was wonderful and very accommodating. We all felt at home and did have to deal with the stuffy feel of a hotel stay, as we kicked off our week in Arizona for our team's conference. Definitely would stay again given the opportunity!

Cute Modern house in Tempe

We rented the cutest modern house! Exactly as it's pictured online and even cuter in person. It was perfect for our stay of 8 girls, each person had a bed. There is 2 beds with trundle beds, so that person would need to be small or a child to fit comfortably. A huge backyard, beautiful pool with Baja shelf and we really enjoyed the fire pit. The communication with the property manager was amazing! Super fast responses to all my questions! Location is great, right in tempe, near the 202 freeway so was pretty central for everyone to get too and in a quiet neighborhood.

Great space for 3 small families

The setup of this home was great for our group of adult siblings with cousins meeting up. It was extremely close to the airport for a late night pickup (this means that yes, you can hear planes fairly loud, but it’s great proximity if you have company coming in). Very well renovated and extremely efficient use of space. We had no issues with safety, but it’s not in the nicest part of town.
