Forgettable stay
This property was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed that, however the communication from property manager was horrible from day one. Had to reach out to get check in details and there was uncertainty in the process. While at the property, the bathroom extractor looks like it short circuited, sending sparks toward my wife and leaving us without electricity in that area of the house. We reached out to the property manager, never received a response. It wasnt until the last day after he reminded us about check out, that again I asked if he had received the message, to which they replied "yeah" and that they were aware that could happen, however they never answered us when we contacted them about the problem.
Honeslty, if you cannot take proper care of your property and at least have basic communication with people staying at your property, stop renting it out. Just for the poor communication and the fact that they disregarded a potential safety issue with no care at all, I would rate them 0/10. To top it off, after charging a high cleaning fee, they leave signs everywhere stating they expect you to water plants, do the laundry, etc, this makes no sense. Rent elsewhere.
