Fairlakes is located off the main beach road, providing quick access to the beach as well as nearby attractions such as the Tennis Club and Volea Restaurant, The Beach Club with Chez Daniel Restaurant, and Wyndham Hotel which has restaurants, cafe, bar, cigar lounge, and various events.

What makes this property unique

Fairlakes Village is located in beautiful Palmas Del Mar Beach Resort. The community has it all - take in scenic views while walking, biking, or driving a golf cart along the large trail system connecting the community. Enjoy playing golf at one of the two 18-hole courses, playing tennis or pickle ball with over 20 tennis/pickleball courts to choose from, or adventuring on horseback at the equestrian center. Palmas Del Mar also features two full-service marinas offering excursions such as fishing trips, over 15 restaurants, shops, bank, a mini-market, spa services, beauty salon, and much more.
