The apartments are located in a detached house with stunning panoramic views of a 1. 018 sqm plot with large lawn, play area and garden shed with barbecue. The terrace has 80 square meters and is surrounded with a planting as privacy. The barbecue is available to our guests for shared use. Our house is a Non smoking house. The house is the perfect starting point for hikes in the area. The city of Kaiserslautern is only 15 kilometers away.
4-bed apartment:
Bright, friendly, in Mediterranean flair equipped apartment (85sqm) with balcony for up to 5 people. The entire upper floor is available to our guests for private use. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher. The use of dryer and washing machine is NOT included in the price. Price per day for washing machine and condenser each 5 .-- Euro. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and toilet. Our guests have two bedrooms available. The garden is equipped with a pond, a garden shed and barbecue facilities. In summer you can use the pool. Beautiful view - very quiet location
