About this property

Apartment for up to 7 persons

Diese liebvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, lässt wenig Wünsche offen.

Die Räume sind alle sehr großzügig.
Es gibt eine riesige Sonnenterasse im OG.
Und einen kleinen Freisitz im EG.
Die Küche ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man so zum Leben braucht.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne.
Fernseher und Radio ist in der Wohnung. Ebenso ist Internet vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Etagen verteilt.

Im EG befindet sich Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich.
Und ein kleiner Freisitz.

Im OG sind die Schlafzimmer.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein 180cm Bett und den Zugang auf die große Sonnenterrasse.
Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein 160cm Bett.

Die zusätzlichen Zimmer werden nur geöffnet, wenn auch mehrere Personen gebucht haben.
Das 3. Schlafzimmer wird erst in Kürze fertig.

Die Wohnung ist sowohl für Feriengäste geeignet, als auch für Monteure ideal.

Sie haben einen eigenen Eingang, und benutzen die Wohnung alleine.

Es gibt auch ein Zustellbett, sodass aktuell 5 Personen in der Wohnung schlafen können.

Aktuell ist die Wohnung noch nicht sicher für Kleinkinder.
Es gibt auch noch keine zusätzliche Möbel speziell für Kinder.

Also bringen sie sich bitte selbst Hochstühle, Schutzgitter, o.ä. mit.

Beachten sie, wenn sie mit Baby`s oder Kleinkindern anreisen, dass eine Treppe im Haus ist.
Lassen sie ihre Kinder nie unbeaufsichtigt.

Der Preis ist inkl. Strom in einer gewissen Höhe.
Wir haben einen täglichen Höchstverbrauch festgelgt.
7kwh täglich sind inklusive.

Jedes weitere Kwh wird am Ende Ihres Aufenthaltes mit 0,50€ abgerechnet.

Leider gibt es Mieter, die Ihre E-Autos laden, sich Elektroheizungen mitbringen, oder im Sommer eine mobile Klimaanlage, oder Monteure, die sämtliche Baumaschinen bei uns laden. Eine andere Möglichkeit wäre eine Erhöhung des Mietpreises gewesen. Was aber für die sparsamen Mieter ungerecht wäre.

Unsere Heizperiode beginnt Mitte September.

Die Heizungen geben eine Grundwärme raus, welche ausreichend ist, um sich wohlzufühlen.
Wir bitten Sie die Fenster zuzulassen. Ausser natürlich kurz zum Lüften.

Für die Gäste, die es viel wärmer möchten gibt es im Wohnzimmer und im Bad je eine neue Elektroheizung. Diese dürfen sie natürlich nutzen.
Jedoch sollten sie an den erhöhten Stromverbrauch denken. Und vielleicht auch an unsere Umwelt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Kommunikation einfach. In der Nähe gab es leider wenig Mülleimer für die Entledigungen unseres Hundes, aber dafür kann der Anbieter ja nichts :)

Die Fewo hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da sich die Wohnung über 2 Obergeschosse erstreckt und die Treppen ziemlich steil sind. Für unsere 90-jährige Oma war das eine kleine Herausforderung, aber wir wurden vom Vermieter im Vorfeld darüber informiert und haben uns trotzdem für die Fewo entschieden. Eine Kleinigkeit hatten meine Töchter noch zu bemängeln: das Dachgeschosszimmer hat ein großes Dachfenster, das man nicht abdunkeln kann. Leider können sie bei Tageslicht nicht schlafen, das muss ja aber nicht bei jedem so sein.Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Rustig gelegen comfortabel huis.

Comfortabel huis. Goede bedden. Goede keuken uitgerust met vaatwasser, grote ijskast, oven/magnetron. Veel bestek en servies aanwezig in alle soorten en maten. Eigenaresse is aardig en behulpzaam. Mooi wandel en fiets gebied. Aantal mtb ritten gemaakt naar fusselberg via gravel fietspad zonder in het verkeer te hoeven komen.
