Southern Charm 1 - 5 minutes to downtown Laurel. SUMMER SALE!!

Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

A friend and I visited Laurel because of our love for the HGTV show Hometown. She and I appreciated the shops and the tour of the homes; however, what made our stay so enjoyable was the hospitality of Beverly and Don. We had the opportunity to meet them in person. They are a lovely couple. The communication from booking until checkout was fantastic.

The cottage was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The owner made us delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. She gave us lists of places to see and restaurants to try.

Great place to stay

I would definitely recommend this place. Mrs. Beverly is very quick to respond and is an AWESOME Host. Her place is very clean and welcoming. She makes sure that everything is good for you and only a call or text away. We will stay there again on our next visit. We did go and visit downtown and eat at several of the places and shop. It was a great trip.

Perfect stay for a girlfriends trip to Laurel! Beverly has thought of everything from the welcome sign to the yummy treats to make our trip so special. House was so clean and has all the things you need and more. Thanks Beverly for a great stay and we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We visited the town of Laurel, it’s many shops and restaurants and neighborhoods. It is a truly beautiful place. We definitely will come back to visit again.

Beverly was the best host. The house was everything she said it was and more. She was very communicative and patient during the booking process. She went above and beyond for her visitors and we will definitely be back. The house was super clean and well stocked with all supplies you could ever need. She answered all my questions and then some. She left several recommendations on shopping/attractions and restaurants that were all superb. Can’t say enough about Southern Charm and Beverly. The best experience on VRBO I’ve ever had!

Great place to stay

We had a delightful stay at Southern Charm. It was a comfortable, beautifully decorated and well equipped home for the 4 adults in our group. As two couples, we really appreciated that both bedrooms had king size beds. The owner kept in contact with us and was available if we needed anything. The cookies were a wonderful treat.

Southern Charm is much cuter in person! The owner went out of her way to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. The locals in Laurel were super nice!! We can’t wait to return for another visit and stay at Southern Charm again!

Loved Laurel

This is the cutest little cottage. Clean and well taken care of. Beds were very comfortable. Five minute drive to town. The owner stopped by with some fabulous cookies. Would definitely stay there again. Will not disappoint.

Loved Southern Charm
