This is the perfect retreat to serve as your base for exploring all that Traverse City offers. We are located less than 1 mile from downtown Front Street. Our immediate neighborhood is within walking distance of local hipster burger joints, restaurants, and brew pubs. There is an organic grocery two blocks from the condo. Located right on the TART trail, you can ride your bike to town and beyond.

Nice place. If you're on road side, which this is, traffic noise is an issue. Could also use some investment on furniture. Couch is very uncomfortable and a dining chair has a broken leg which is scratching vinyl floor. Bed could also use a new mattress. Overall, served it's purpose as a sleeping place while we explored. Not a place you want to spend alot of time in.

Great spot with a dog!

My wife and I stayed with our dog and liked being so close to the Traverse Area Recreation Trail. The place was very clean and convenient being on the first floor for quick access outside. Would absolutely stay again in the future!
