Great place! BUT ...the fees.

It was a really great place to stay for a last minute stay! Very small but super cute and clean! Enough space for two people. The only thing you've gotta watch out for is the fees.. I had to pay an extra $100+ that wasnt included on the listing or anywhere on my confirmation email. It was after I booked the nonrefundable listing that I noticed an extra charge on my bank statement. i was notified of another fee a day before check in.

The Resort is mentioned in the description since VRBO doesn’t provide a designated area to collect the fee. Please make it a point to read the add clearing. All of Long Island Village Resort vacation rentals charge a resort fee by the facility itself.
