This property is centrally located just west of Denver and is only 15 minutes from so many great destinations (downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden). It is an ideal location for those seeking easy access to both the surrounding foothills and big city lights of Denver. If you are looking for a retreat that offers everyone in your party privacy...then this townhome has exactly what you need. Each bedroom is appointed with its own private en suite and television...which gives each person a chance to relax and unwind in their own space. We have also provided a washer and dryer for those who may wish to stay longer or didn't pack accordingly.

If you're looking for a place that has a fully decked out kitchen with brand new appliances, dishes, and utensils you don't need to look any further. We've ensured cooking during your stay is a breeze with a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy coffee each morning from your Keurig and feel free to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner. Really enjoyed our stay in this more modern townhome and the host was very helpful with questions, responsive and accommodating to our needs. We were given very thorough instructions for keypads, Wifi, house rules and expectations, etc. It was not only convenient to Red Rocks, which was our primary destination, but also to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc., and a great location to get anywhere in the Denver area. It was very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and with a very well equipped kitchen, plus a nice variety of books and games. Really enjoyed the balcony, and the use of a garage was a bonus. It was clear the owners take great care and pride in providing a safe, comfortable and delightful place to stay. It fit our needs perfectly.

Cozy, clean, and perfect. We had a great stay! 3 great size bedrooms with each their own full size bathrooms. Comfy beds and soft linens. All the necessities - including a hair dryer. Garage parking. There was even a cooler we could use for tailgating. Communication was wonderful. Location was great as well! Super close to shopping, coffee, restaurants. 20 mins to Red Rocks and 25 mins to Fiddlers Green. Hiking is close by too! We will for sure be back!

Nothing to complain about here! A clean and roomy condo, multilevel giving everyone room to spread out but also adequate common space to gather together. Free parking in a garage almost never happens at a rented unit so that was bonus!The area is close to a lot but not very walkable, really need a vehicle to get around, even just for a morning coffee run.

The townhome was clean and nicely furnished. The location is convenient to many sites in Denver. The second bed in the room on the ground floor is a trundle under the larger bed. I didn't read my email thoroughly and didn't find it right away.

It was really great to be able to park in a garage. The house was clean and quiet, Tammy was great to communicate with. Really clear and quick. Parking in the garage made things so easy, the unit was as presented--very comfortable, clean and relaxing to be in while we were there. Our stay was short, so we didn't use the laundry, but for an extended stay or for one that included lots of outdoor activity, the laundry would be a big plus. The Belmar area has lots of great stores and restaurants, and our trip to Red Rocks was a highlight. Great area, nice place to be while there.
