Parking notes: There are three to four parking spaces in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. No parking in the cul-de-sac. Any additional vehicles can park on the side streets. Please adhere to the winter parking rules & regulations. No parking overnight on Elk Ave.

Ski shuttle details: Catch the free shuttle bus on Elk that loops the circumference of town and the ski mountain. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the base of the mountain.

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $45. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

We visit CB often, both in Winter and Summer. Olive Branch House is by far our favorite. Walking distance to Elk Street yet on a quiet culdesac backing up to unrestricted mountain views. The beds and linens were of outstanding quality!! The layout of the house is perfect for a large family of varying ages. Plenty of off-street parking. Great outdoor patio and high-quality furniture. This house is lacking NOTHING. Easy check-in and out. You get what you pay for!!
