Wonderful stay in Phoenix. The pool was delightful, the host was responsive, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. There were some small maintenance things that could make it better, like the top rack of the dishwasher didn’t work well, but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Stayed to attend Packer game at Cardinal stadium. House was clean and plenty of room for 6 adults to stay. Within 3 miles of entertainment district, so plenty to do.Great golf courses nearby. The host was great on communication and quick to respond with our questions. Would stay again if in the area.
Not supplied with basic necessities such as dish soap, toilet paper and paper towel. Carpets were dirty. Bedding had hair on it. Back yard was all weeds and garbage
I rent through VRBO all the time and have never had a single issue—until this property. When we first arrived, I genuinely thought we were at the wrong house. I did not receive check in instructions at the 4 PM check in time, so I couldn’t access the house when I arrived that evening. VRBO couldn’t reach the host, and the check-in instructions finally came after I had already booked a hotel for the night. The listing itself was misleading. The VRBO interactive map indicated a home on a green golf course. I would not have booked this property had I known that the golf course is now just dirt and dead trees, which creates a completely different expectation of the neighborhood. The listing photos also failed to show the broken blinds, the dirt and dead grass in the yard, and the backyard view of a barren field where the golf course used to be. There is even a makeshift wire fence dividing the property from the neighbor’s yard. None of this was reflected in the listing which made me seriously question whether VRBO is vetting these listings. Since I never gained access to the rental and the listing was inaccurate, I cannot provide a positive review of this property.
This house is perfectly located near Camelback Ranch for Spring training. Immaculately clean. A few things need maintenance, broken closet doors and blinds but did not affect our stay. Table lamps would definitely add to I real lighting ambiance of the home.
This was a very decent booking. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, dishes, pans and a fridge with filtered water and ice. We appreciated that there was a Keurig available for morning coffee, too. This may have just been unique to our stay, but we did find the bedding needed washing in one of the rooms, but since there was a washer/dryer with soap in the home, it was fine. The beds are on the firm side. The pillows need replacing. The doors to the bedrooms need repairs so that they will close properly and the master bathroom was having some water pressure issues, but overall, it was a very decent stay in a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use the pool, but it was as pictured.

The house was not well stocked with any of the normal stuff that you would expect. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels. There was just enough silverware for one day’s use, but we couldn’t find any dishwasher tablets to do the dishes; ended up having to buy paper plates and plasticware, in addition to buying more toilet paper and dish soap. Also no shampoo or anything in the showers. The house was also not very clean. There were stains on the linens and curtains. We just didn’t feel totally comfortable the whole time because of concerns about the quality of cleanliness and the sparseness of supplies. Another major issue was the overuse of plug-in air fresheners everywhere. Multiple members of our group have chemical sensitivities and when we walked in it was like a wall of oppressive chemical fragrance. We had to unplug all of the air fresheners and open the door to let the place air out but it was still overwhelming the whole weekend.

I disagree with this review. The home is well stocked with dishes and silverware, and the kitchen is fully equipped for guest use. There were dish pods provided, and additional supplies are easily accessible at nearby stores such as Walmart or Dollar Tree, both within a short drive.
Regarding air fresheners, I intentionally keep their use minimal to maintain a clean, natural scent throughout the home. If they were bothersome, they could have been unplugged.
The house is professionally cleaned, and my cleaning team consistently does an excellent job. At no point was cleanliness raised as a concern during the stay.
