This beautiful and hip private home is located in a prime location only two blocks from downtown, yet with a full neighborhood feel. Walk to great restaurants or vibrant coffee shops! Two comfortable beds, one a queen and one a double, are located in the upstairs loft area when you are ready to rest after a long day exploring the area. A fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to make cooking away from home easy.

Private fenced yard with seating and barbecue grill. A smart TV and high-speed WiFi are provided for your entertainment and enjoyment. Family-friendly with kids toys and games and a Pac'n'Play available upon request. With an easy access location to the highway and a central location your stay within the city will make being a tourist easy!

We really enjoyed the stay. The house is a beautifully remodeled carriage house. The hot tub was great and our hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Colorado cozy little loft

We were in town to visit our daughter and she lived only a mile or so from this rental. It was a nice little house to stay in, very clean and quiet. Owners are very helpful and we had a great stay.

Relaxing cottage in the middle of the city

The place was great! Bed was comfy and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of hiking. Super close to downtown and was fun to walk to grab coffee, shopping and dining. Highly recommend!

Perfect Birthday Getaway

My wife and I booked The Loft House for her 30th birthday and it was the perfect spot! We wanted something that would be convenient for hiking but also close to downtown and that is exactly what we got. Rachael was awesome with answering all of our questions prior to booking and we loved her recommendations. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Christmas get away

What a darling cozy loft! Went to the Springs to see my son and daughter in law for Christmas. We spent most of our evenings at the loft making dinners and enjoying the hot tub. So comfortable and charming!!

CC Graduation Weekend

We stayed at the Loft while attending graduation festivities at Colorado College. The location could not have been better. Campus was a quick walk away. The neighborhood was great and the property was very cute.

Charming and Convenient

The Loft House is awesome. It is charming, cozy and the location is perfect for exploring the Colorado Springs area. Easy to get to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods and also walkable to downtown. The communication from the hosts was excellent and checking in and out was very smooth. We enjoyed the little patio area as well as the hot tub! It is a quaint little oasis with some delightful little touches that made us feel comfortable. HIGHLY recommend.

Cozy Loft Apartment

We loved our stay at The Loft. Right in downtown CO Springs and such a convenient location. The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay more comfortable. We loved coming home to the hot tub every night! The hosts were so responsive to any questions we had and were so accommodating ahead of time asking if they could leave anything for our kids to play with during our stay (the puzzles were a huge hit). We loved our vacation and would stay again!

My husband Zach and I, two kids and two dogs live in the front house on the property of the airbnb. My husband is a custom woodworker and has his shop on the property (if you need a tour I'm sure he would be happy to show you around!) We love to camp whenever possible, hike, play outside, play games, and play in water! We love Colorado Springs and have worked hard to make the loft house a fun place for people to come visit and explore this city we love so much! We hope you have a wonderful stay and experience!

You will love staying here! It's a perfect getaway home, with close access to all of downtown, while also being within 15 minutes of almost all the tourist destinations!
We go above and beyond to ensure a high level of perfection! We ensure a deep cleaning process between every guest. Every light switch, remote, and surface are cleaned and disinfected, as well as pillows switched out between guests. We have a hepa air purifier running at all times. We can't wait for you to book and see for yourselves!
