Ferienwohnung Strandidyll in Strandnähe

Close to the beach for fans of the Baltic Sea: Small holiday complex with cozy apartments right next to the forest. It's only a stone's throw to the beautiful sandy beach, which by the way is not as crowded in Trassenheide as in the other Baltic Sea resorts of Usedom. There is enough space for digging and building sandcastles, looking for shells and for beautiful walks on the beach. If you feel hungry from swimming and bathing, you will also find small restaurants and cafés here. Highlights included: WiFi Activities nearby: Adventure playground in town. Butterfly farm 3 km, Usedom Baederbahn stop just a few minutes' walk away. The best way to explore the area around Trassenheide is on the well-developed cycling and hiking trails. The longest hiking trail on Usedom runs directly through Trassenheide. Numerous sights can be visited on the way from Peenemünde to the town of Usedom.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bring your own bed linen. Bring your own towels.

Die Wohnung ist minimal ausgestattet, also funktional in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit ließ an mancher Stelle noch zu Wünschen übrig. Allerdings fühlen wir uns aufgrund der extrem hohen zusätzlichen Nebenkosten für Strom und Wasser betrogen. Es ist winterlich kalt gewesen und die Heizung wurde von uns minimal am Morgen und teilweise auch am Abend aufgedreht. Es fielen hierbei für fünf Tage über 140 Euro Nebenkosten an, was ich mir nicht erklären kann. Bittere Erfahrung.

Objekt in sehr gutem Zustand. Verwalter nur unter großen Mühen erreichbar. Internet sehr schwach. Telefonieren nur im Freien möglich. FeWo mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Gesamteindruck deshalb noch gut.
