Inside you will find three inviting bedrooms, meticulously designed for ultimate comfort. The top-floor open loft offers a king-sized bed with a panoramic view, while the master bedroom suite boasts a queen-sized bed and a luxurious ¾ en suite bath. The second main floor bedroom offers two double beds for added convenience.

The Hideaway is fully equipped for a flawless stay, featuring a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, a 65” flatscreen TV, a game room featuring shuffleboard and foosball, and a movie room with a large screen and streaming services. A private patio, complete with a gas grill and outdoor dining table (weather permitting), is ideal for a romantic dinner or a lively barbecue.

Great for family gathering!

We had a wonderful family trip last summer. The beach is perfect for kids. Lots of extras to do like kayaks and games. Only drawback was the lack of central air, so the downstairs bedrooms were a little warm for our liking. But overall, I’d book again no problem!

Toddler dream summer getaway

Our 15-month old loved exploring the spacious home and toys. Shallow water and very fine sand were the perfect playground. Thank you for providing all the amenities for us to create countless happy memories

Fun in the Sun

The Lake House was easy to find, very clean, had lots of games in the basement for indoor fun as well as a nice beach for outdoor fun. The lake stays somewhat shallow for a ways out which was perfect for our grandchildren. The only thing we missed was the dock had been damaged so it wasn't in use. Everything else was perfect.

Whether you’re looking to fish, swim, boat, ski, bike, kite surf, unwind or otherwise adventure and play on land, water or snow, we’ve got you covered!

What makes this property unique

A stay at The Hideaway offers picturesque views of Minnesota’s second largest in-land lake, and this fresh-water ocean is a sight to be seen! In the summer, 75 feet of beautiful, sandy beach provides plenty of room for playing, building epic sandcastles (with real motes) and just sitting with your toes in the sand. The Hideaway’s large wall of windows, facing the lake, provides picturesque views of both the sunrise and the sunset.

As a nationally ranked fishing destination, Mille Lacs Lake is known for its trophy-size walleye, muskie, northern pike and bass. The nearby Kathio State Park, offers a 100 foot observation tower and miles of trails for side-by-sides, hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. The Hideaway is complete with a dock and boat lift, though please note that where we are located, on the north end of the lake, is quite shallow and boaters may be required to wade or anchor for boat parking. Two kayaks equipped with paddles and life jackets are also available onsite.

This stunning home has been described as dreamy and offers all of the creature comforts you may need. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked. The private patio offers a lake breeze and a grill with grill tools. A fire pit, only feet from the sandy beach, is an absolutely beautiful place to make your s’mores dreams come true, and there are several Adirondack chairs available.
