Great location, clean and comfy. Back yard set up was relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay. The Zoo Tampa was an easy walk away. Definitely recommend.

Heath and Nilly were amazing Hosts, they answered my questions and made recommendations before and during arrival. Their property is just as pictured, very comfortable, has extra towels, AC works great. The neighborhood doesn’t look too nice, does have early traffic but it was safe, zoo is literally blocks away, and fairly close to everything. We had a great stay. Very spacious house with tons of activities to do. Friendly neighborhood and close to many popular attractions. Host was very good and stayed in close contact frequently. Highly recommend.

We stayed here with our group prior to boarding for our cruise. It was a cute and plenty of room for our group of 9. We were short some linens and our host was responsive and brought additional linens timely. The back yard area was cute and we played ping pong and corn hole.

Best rental in Tampa!

My friends and I stayed here for a reunion and we are so glad we did. The house was super nice and made having a good time extremely easy with the location and all of the amenities it has to offer. Would love to stay again and would definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous getaway

This was the best rental I’ve gotten so far! The house was amazing and it had so many fun activities for my friends and I to enjoy. But the best part was how great the hosts were. They were so kind and answered all questions I had, they made me want to come back before I even went! We would definitely stay with them again! 10/10 experience

Overall a good property and a good stay. The house is an obvious rental flip but the owners made sure that the decor isn’t bland. Great communication and easy check-in/check-out. The only drawbacks were the sleeping arrangements. The 2 twin beds are actually a bed and a trundle. More than half my group was over 40 and no one wanted to sleep in a trundle a few inches off the floor. Both sofas were supposed to pull out into beds but one was missing a piece needed to properly expand and the other had obviously used sheets on it. Clean linens were scarce as well. We made do but it detracted from an otherwise very pleasant stay.
