The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

This Gulf-front getaway sleeps up to five beachgoers and offers direct access to the sand and surf, and all on-site amenities. This vacation rental offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, 1.5 bath with a shower, and a furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can also use the two shared pools, hot tub, sun deck, game room, and fitness room. Enjoy a fun and fascinating dolphin experience at Gulf World, or take the family to Hidden Lagoon Golf and Racetrack, both of which are just a  few miles down the road. Take a short drive over to Pier Park and enjoy the local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options available, including Dave & Buster's and Margaritaville. With the perfect location to cater to all of your vacation needs.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).



IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection.   VRC#45784

Family vacation

Our stay was very nice. There were a lot of amenities. The only thing that was not enjoyable, was that the rented chairs on the beach were always taking up the front line closest to the water. Not everyone can afford those chairs. I think there should be some open space left for people who brought their own chairs.

Never again!

This condo stay was a disaster! It felt so dirty! We had trouble getting on the elevator when we got there to get to our rooms, they condo is completely outdated, the instructions to lock our door were completely inaccurate, the rental company wanted way too much info to just rent a condo for 4 nights! I've never had to jump so many hoops before! I kept getting email after email with instructions, it was rediculous! Also when we tried to take the babies to the pool at lunchtime all the chairs were taken by mostly towels from people saving the seats! They never even came the entire time we were there. We really needed a chair with an umbrella because we had a baby with us, and none were available, we left very frustrated!

Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we regret that the condo did not feel clean upon your arrival. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have immediately sent housekeeping to address any concerns. Regarding the elevators and pool seating, those areas are managed by the building’s HOA, not directly by us. During peak times, elevators and pool chairs can become busy, and unfortunately, we do not have control over guests reserving chairs with towels. We certainly understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with a baby. As for the rental requirements and emails, the information requested is part of the resort’s registration and security policies, which are in place for the safety of all guests and owners. We understand it may feel like a lot, but these procedures are standard for the property. We do appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving communication and the guest experience. We’re sorry this stay did not meet your expectations and wish you the very best in your future travels.
