Perfect for small, budget-conscious groups of friends, traveling business people, and families alike, this studio-style condo provides a great way to experience the Panama City Beach area! Enjoy a pool, a fitness center, and beach access from this Panama City Beach getaway at the Top of the Gulf condo complex. This studio-style condo offers two to four guests a full coastal experience in a single living space. The space even has a small kitchen with all the important appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster—a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! Sleep soundly in one of the two queen beds. A full bathroom is provided, as is a walk-in closet for ample storage space. And there's plenty of seating to choose from, between the dining table, the beds, and the living room furnishings. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. What's nearby: Within steps of Florida's gleaming beaches, fantastic nightlife, and dining, this efficiency condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family to share while they explore Florida's Gulf Coast. This condo is close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Signal Hill Golf Course for a day out on the greens—and don’t forget the beach right outside! Some of our favorite activities are sports fishing, hiking in St. Andrews State Park, and walking to Dee's Hang Out for some crab cakes and Cajun remoulade.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.



The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.



Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost of it is $30, and they accept credit card and cash(no debit card)



NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL TIME while on the property for safety

Top of the Gulf is old, but the rooms have been renovated and were very comfortable.

Everything was good. I could not get the DVD to play a movie for me, but that is probably because of my lack of technology. the air was good, kept us cool, the shower was floor level which I liked and was very pretty. I wouod rent this room again.

The bathroom definitely need an exhaust fan being do small, did not have any pictures on walls, was afraid to use tove it was so rusty, couldn't use diswasher because u only supplied 4 fork and 4 spoons, beds were horrible so tried to sleep on couch bed and it was disgusting with cereal and black all over the sheets. View was wonderful bit very upset we could not have vistors, my mom and i are from PC so we had lots of family and friends and the couldn't come see us, that was terrible. Pool was good but lady kept walking around cking bands. Felt save but not fun. There was red sticky stuff all over cabinets and bathroom cabinet.

This unit is advertised as an economy unit, which means it offers a more budget-friendly option and may not include updated finishes or décor such as wall art. That said, cleanliness and basic functionality should always meet our standards, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the sofa bed and the condition of certain areas. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we will be addressing this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately. Regarding kitchen items, the unit is stocked with a starter set of utensils intended to match the standard occupancy, but we understand how this may have been inconvenient, and we’ll review the inventory. We will also inspect the stove and the bathroom ventilation concern you mentioned. As for visitors, we completely understand how this may have been disappointing, especially being local. However, this is a resort/HOA rule, not a FunQuest policy, and it applies to all guests staying at the property. These rules—including wristband monitoring—are in place by the building for safety, occupancy control, and insurance requirements, and are outlined prior to arrival.
