We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the balcony alone are worth the stay. While the resort itself is dated and in need of maintenance the apartment we rented was clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipped for light cooking and food warming, roomy refrigerator, necessary utensils. Communication with the owner is excellent both before and during rental period. Handy bus stop at the resort for trips to dining and shopping.

If this place is available TAKE IT! AWESOME!

The love of my life and I have been in Cancun for over a month. We were blessed and so fortunate to be able to rent this awesome and stunningly beautiful property! You could search and search and never ever find a better view! Like I had stated in the title, if this place is available, you are crazy if you don’t take it! also, communication and check in was easy and perfect! Thank you, thank you thank you, Hector , for a fantastic stay!

The pictures tell the story.

The pictures are 100% accurate of the property. Hector is a great host, communicates in a timely matter. It met all of our needs would highly recommend this place. We used the bus to go shopping, restaurants and supermarket. The bus cost 12 pesos each way never a problem getting around. Can’t think of one thing I did not like about this property.

Exceeded our expectations!

Overall it was a great 2 night stay, considering we were coming from an all inclusive resort in Riviera Maya … we wanted a place to stay that was on the beach and close to the airport and that’s exactly what we got! Electricity went out briefly but Hector responded immediately and made sure to get it taken care of. We walked to Km 19.5 restaurant and Novíos for dinner and both were fantastic! Gas station is on the way to both so we could grab snacks & drinks on the way back without needing a car. Beach was beautiful and totally worth it for the short stay.
