Fenced in around besides the driveway. Gate doesnt close. Bring your kids or pets and enjoy looking up at the stars. Doggy fence available for dogs to play. The house was nice once you get there. The road is a little rough so i wouldn't recommend driving anything that you would be worried about getting dirty

Awesome, cozy location, near everything!

Great daily rate for this rental! Location is spot on. Super easy check-in. Very cozy. Large kitchen, clean home & tidy bedrooms! The GPS lead us to a neighboring street (FYI: house is on the dirt road behind the paved road). Lots of privacy and long driveway which for our 24’ boat. Huge backyard for kids to play. During a rainy day, or a rainy season, use caution as the road leading to the house has hard bottom, but muddy and has ruts. No worries, Amazon drivers deliver up and down this street. Another thing that has nothing to do with how great this experience was is this house does have well water, and softener system. The kitchen was somewhat stocked with some items but needed things like cutting board, toaster, a set of pots. The fridge looked like it needs to be replaced soon. It did cool, however, the freezer did work, but didn’t make ice. Not a big deal but, it could’ve been handy to have that working. The Upside: it did have a Keurig! Overall, we liked our stay and it’s just outside enough the tourist area but close enough to everything else and 10-15 mins from downtown St. Augustine. We had left some clothing at this rental and the host graciously mailed them back to me, per my request. That gesture speaks volumes! Thanks so much!

Perfect Stay

The home was perfect for our one night stay while visiting St. Augustine. Home was clean and had everything we needed. The location was easy to find and felt very safe. The house was even decorated for Christmas. We had trouble locking the door when leaving but homeowner was quick with replying to a text message. Due to a recent storm, the road leading to the house was in especially bad shape/washed out. We were in a sedan but went very slow, dodging big holes and were fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated

We had a wonderful time. The host reached out to us before we arrived to let us know if we needed anything to let them know. I sent an email and heard back immediately. Awesome communication. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. A nice place to stay off of the beaten path.

Minication

We had a great time at Saint Augustine, it rained a lot but still we did the most out of it. The house is a cozy and quiet ambience, clean and a good big yard for animal lovers. The king size bed was too soft for me since I have back problems, the only thing I didn’t like was the unpaved road with big holes. Still you can carefully zigzag your way in and out of it, to get where you want to go, besides that everything was wonderful. My daughter didn’t want to leave because of the peaceful ambience she was looking for her minication, she just wanted to stay in and watch tv lol. I would definitely go back to it if I go back to Saint Augustine.
