Ground floor bedroom and bath. 3 bedrooms, including ocean-facing master with private bath, on 3rd floor. One-car garage; street parking also available. Also a rear deck and gas grill in rear patio area. HD TV. Hi-speed internet.

We live outside Philadelphia and purchased this property because we love the beach, and this quiet section of Cape May in particular. We use the property in the off- season (mid-September to mid-June). It is available for rental through the summer. We hope you enjoy it as we do.
