About this property

This serenely decorated beachy first floor unit is a short walk to the beach, pool, BBQ area, and parking. Conveniently steps away from the gorgeous white sugary sand and beautiful emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico!! You have 250 plus feet of private deeded beach exclusively for Windancer guests. Beach service is included from March to November. This vacation rental features a roomy floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A spacious living room with a dining area, and bar area with enough seating for six. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed along with a flat screen TV and DVD player. Adjacent to the master, is a full-size bathroom with a tiled shower. In addition to the master bedroom there is a Bunk Nook in the main hallway with two twin beds. These bunks are tucked away nicely yet are a convenient way to provide bedding for additional guests. Just up the hall from the bunks is a half bath. A washer/dryer combo has also been installed in this unit, it sits quietly tucked away inside the half bath just off the hallway from the Bunk Nook. You can sit on your private back patio where you can relax, drink your morning coffee or evening glass of wine all while enjoying the beautiful sunshine and ocean breezes. No Pets Allowed.

Great spot.

My wife and I loved our time here. Loved the location and condition of the property. Only one thing had me less than 5 stars - the bedroom mattress needs replacing. It’s terribly soft. I read this in another review and hoped it wouldn’t be a thing. It is. We would stay here again but please fix the mattress.
