Here at The Mint Julep we have the perfect vacation rental for you! Cook a large meal for everyone or choose to dine out at nearby restaurants, stay in and snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie or spend your day at the wineries and come back and enjoy the outdoor fire pit + hot tub. Our outdoor space is full of great space for gathering, cooking outside, and time with family and friends. Our stylish home is very spacious with a large kitchen, patio, master bath & closet.

- 2 full bathrooms: Master bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub, 2nd bathroom with tub/shower combo (Both bathrooms have been recently fully renovated!)
- Smart TV in the living room
- Full kitchen with full size appliances + Regular/Keurig combo coffee maker. Also, blender and toaster!
- Cute Pup station with feeding bowls and treats for your fur-babies to enjoy
- Washer/Dryer available! (Dryer sheets and Detergent pods provided)
- Outdoor wood-burning fire pit, firewood provided
- BBQ grill available, please BYO Charcoal. Covered pavilion in the grill area with bar stools!

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is suitable for all children/infants. Please know we don't provide infant/toddler kits and the house is not child proof.
- This property is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night (plus taxes) and 2 pets MAX with 25lb weight maximum. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Backyard is fully fenced.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
